I feel like Daenerys should have at least had to fight/stab Khal Moro (with Daario's dagger or something). Killing every single Khal in Essos just by smirking and tipping over some fire braziers (like a disobedient pet cat), and then doing the 'I'm a badass' naked pose surrounded by flames, as if she'd actually done something impressive seems far too easy. Congratulations, you're fireproof. I mean, it's better than another Drogon ex Machina, but still, she should have at least had to get her hands dirty/bloody.
I think they have to win. Pretty much everyone on their team is a major character and the only one on the other is Ramsey. There would be no benefit to the plot for him to win.

Am I the only one who notices that Jon hugged Sansa the same way as he did to Arya?
i noticed that too.. on my second view cuz i had to rewind with all the tears on my eyes, Kappa. but yeah it was nice. i can only imagine the arya-jon reunion
I love the Stark reunion! Am I the only one who notices that Jon hugged Sansa the same way as he did to Arya?
I love this episode. Althou… moregh I am a bit sad that Euron didn't appear, I thought there are a lot of good stuff. Such as some intrigue with Tyrion, Daenerys getting herself out of her trouble and the North storyline at Caste Black.
If shed done that she would be dead, I find dany's fire and dragons tricks tiresome but its at least believable she did this. Her defeating a khal wouldn't happen. Can she fight at all?

Yeah, not that kind of fight. Just that he grabs at her or chokes her not realising that she's armed and she sticks the dagger through his eye or into his neck or something, before he can do anything else. Just so that, even if it was in self-defence, she was actively taking a life rather than just allowing fire/dragons/other people to do it for her.

I'm fine with the immunity to fire, most of the people who watch the show thought she can't be burned anyway, so perhaps it's better to do it this way in the show - to avoid the confusion.
I wonder if they were more focused on referencing the first season or that they wanted to just make Dany show that she was magic without pra… morectice. She needed the blood magic in the books and even the first time, but now she can apparently just walk thru fire whenever.
It shows that the show is more about the fantasy and magical aspect. I definitely prefer the books method in calculated magic but meh.
Also it's been like let's say a month at the most. Probably more but Jorah is still just as hurt from the greyscale as he was before. So yeah.. That's happening
So.. Uhm. Is it confirmed that it wasn't Clarke's boobs?
Anyways, LOVED the episode. Shipping Torienne (?????) And Littlefinger, He's so damn good at the game, it's insane! Some real nice family reunion. We're getting our old Cersei back more and more, which is awesome. We are also getting our beloved Hnad of the King Tyrion back. And another, not as happy family reunion, I liked it though cough Greyjoy Cough. But the highlight... Buuubs.
But before any assumptions are made about Clarke’s participation in the scene, there’s something the actress wants everybody to know. “I’d like to remind people the last time I took my clothes off was season 3,” she says. “That was awhile ago. It’s now season 6. But this is all me, all proud, all strong. I’m just feeling genuinely happy I said ‘Yes.’ That ain’t no body double!”

I think we should take a look at the situation with the Bastardbowl. Who exactly has the high ground atm?
Team Jon:
2000 Wildlings (fierce warriors no doubt, but not really trained in this kind of warfare, and definitely no cavalry) + possibly some Night's Watch members.
The Vale army. I have no idea how big is this army, but I'm guessing it's at least 5000 men, and they should have a strong cavalry. However, they have a long march ahead, and since it's LF leading them I could see them backing out if it seems they can't win.
Team Ramsay:
Bolton army, 5000 men, strong cavalry as seen in the battle against Stannis. I'm not sure if Karstarks are part of this 5000, but I doubt they have much more than ~1000 to add to it.
New ally: Umbers. Smalljon considered the Wildlings a threat, and the Umbers were heavily damaged by Robb's war, so I'm guessing they have a force of 1000 men at most.
We don't yet have confirmation of Manderlys' allegience so I'm not counting them in yet.
So, right now I'd say it's 6000-8000 (Jon) vs. 5000-7000 (Ramsay). However, more than half of Jon's force is by the unsure alliance with the Vale (and tbh, I'm pretty sure they will be the last army to enter the battlefield), and the rest are Wildling infantry. Considering all this, just now Ramsay has the edge.
However, we are still to see Manderlys, Mormonts and other Northern houses choosing their sides.
It seems Davos waited for Brienne to ask what happened back there. I don't like her in the show soo much. She just come there dropping the Stannis's bomb to Davos with her sword drawn for no reason. She mistrusts Davos and Mel for loyalty but she served the Lannisters which allowed Red Wedding (Jaime out, no threat to Tywin's son by ordering it), killed the only contender at the moment against Boltons in show, killed her liege lord.. Such hypocrisy.
It won't surprise me if she ends killing one of these two, while one will be badly injured, since she can only beat/kill people like that. :^)

I predict: Littlefinger-ex machina will happen when they will begin to loose. Jon will also have some back up by Northern House such as Morm… moreonts.
He might hire Stannis's turncloaks sellswords if he finds them.
The 5000 are mentionned in show? As I remember they were around 2500 at Battle of Winterfell 1.0 and lost some mens if you check the battefield.
Tbh I'm not sure. Though I'd assume it does include some smaller houses that are loyal to Boltons, perhaps also Karstarks. And their own army did also not get much damage in the war due to their betrayal so it's understandably larger than the armies of other major houses of the North.
I hate what they did to Osha. I could've came up with something better for her. When she and Ramsey were talking I thought that Ramsey was gonna take her as his new Myranda and THAT is what should've happened. Bringing back a character/actress after 2 seasons just to kill her in the next episode is shitty writing. This is my main problem with this episode. She was a true example of what a femme fetale and a strong female character is. RIP Osha..

I think the Manderlys will side with the Starks as it was mentioned by Ramsey that they refuse to kneel and in the books, they are truly loyal to the Starks.

Not saying that she necessarily had to die yet, but apparently she simply had no role in the story anymore so they just cleaned her up without wasting any time. After all they have massive amounts characters and storylines to go through, so coming up with stuff for characters that are not needed anymore isn't really high on the priority.
But yeah, one scene with Osha and Rickon talking would have been nice.

I think she deserved to see Bran again and she definitely would've been a good warrior on the front lines for the Starks not to mention that if she was Ramsey's new Myranda, she could've been a pair of eyes on the inside. It would make the whole "The North Remembers" storyline and the Bastard Bowl much more interesting to see.

Why I'm I so uninterested in Dany's storyline? Maybe I'm not seeing it the right way, but I feel like I'm just watching more of the same with her. At least the Starks got me looking forward to the "Bastardbowl" and I'm also quite intrigued to see how the Lannisters handle the High Sparrow. Probably an unpopular opinion, but I was wondering if anyone else felt this way.

He was talking about the fact that Theon had told him how Osha helped Bran and Rickon escape Winterfell before (by seducing Theon), implying that Ramsay wasn't going to fall for her trying to do that again with him.

I agree. At this point, I really can't see Ramsay's role moving beyond Season 6.
I hear what you're saying but I dont trust this show not to break my heart so Im going to remain wary until we get a real victory, lol
I feel people could still die during the battle but with the vast army I dont see how they can lose.

They're real.
Dany on bewbs
Apparently they were hers if I have been hearing right. she doesn't mind as long as its suitable and necessary for the scene
According to this article it is Emilia's body we are seeing. No body double or CGI.
Oh yeah... Double highlight. Hopefully they go straight for winterfell next episode because Rickon can't die (please D&D?)

Can we add Wun Wun as an army for himself?
Sansa mentioned in this episode that she had heard Ramsay talking about having 5000 men.
He definitely is a force to be reckoned with
Where do they come from? Because we're not talking about his bannermen forces, right?

All Ramsey really needs is 20 good men.

Ramsay'll probably give Rickon a blanket made out of Osha's skin in case he gets cold in the dungeon.
That totally sounds like something Ramsey would do

What do you think is this week's Beautiful Death? I'm guessing the burned Khals.
Sansa & Jon hug gave me chills, it's been years.
Yeah that was a hot and fiery scene, heh.
In the words of Melisandre. "Death by fire is the purest death."
Why I'm I so uninterested in Dany's storyline? Maybe I'm not seeing it the right way, but I feel like I'm just watching more of the same with her. Her storyline isn't my favorite, but I'd say that if anything this episode was the turn towards something new for Dany.
Let's hope for that.
I dont really like her however I hope this means her storyline is moving forward at last. hopefully they just loot mereen and leave it in the dust
Yeah. I'm hoping this is the beginning of something new for her.
thank you !
