It seems in all likelihood Lee's parents are dead because remember when they went into the office they found blood on the floor as well as his Father's cane. As others said Lily found 2 bodies in there as well. Don't forget Lee also found his brother when he went outside the drugstore with Doug and by that time he had already become a zombie which lead to Lee killing him. Given these facts it seems sadly that his parents suffered the same fate.

As the others said. Its clearly those bodies at the drugstore that Lilly found was Lee's parents.
