Hopefully Duck will get lucky as well and return in this season. Just imagine how awesome would it be, grown up Clem and Duck fighting zombies together.
Trailer's 3 hours away and then the actual game's out roughly 1 week from now! So you better give yourself a pat on the back and go hug your mom/dad/grandma/dog cause the wait is almost over! You did it, you're the bee's knees

Maybe you want that, I don't like the fact that they create a character just to drop them in the world and forget about them
We were forced to have Kenny in Season 2 after his clearly S1 death, why I can't at least know if Lilly is alive or dead?

To be fair though, I agree to an extent. I think Jane and Kenny are a MUST for returning characters. The rest is not necessary, but I wouldn't mind (as long as no spotlight is stolen).
By having returning characters like Kenny, Jane, the Howe's family, and all of Wellington in our playable flashbacks they can actually make choices matter without affecting the present day storyline too drastically. Seems like a very good way to make our season 2 endings actually matter, if you ask me.
Kenny surviving miraculously is at least plausible if you leave Ben to die in the school. That way he drops down into a building to save Christa. It's more likely than trying to save Ben from an alley that's blocked off at both ends with zombies.
Lily isn't coming back. I spoke to niki rapp about it (Lily's VA) and she said she has no idea as she currently is working on something else… more and hasn't recieved any info from telltale. Whether or not its just the case that they just use a different Voice Actor for some reason IDK. It will probably just show clem burying christa in that concept art of the grave.
Having Christa show up in Wellington would make sense. Between Clem and Christa's separation in All That Remains and Clem's arrival in Wellington barely two weeks pass. Having Christa arrive in Wellington's gates some time after Clem makes a lot of sense considering she was headed there.
Why the aversion to returning characters : p? Not every returning character has to be a Kenny!
I am in favor of the return of everybody who can appear in any of the five endings of Season Two, but I do not want anybody who wasn't in any of the endings to appear—Lilly, Christa, Vernon, etc.

I do not deem it realistic for Christa to come across Wellington in the middle of the remote fields of Ohio, let alone manage to overpower three armed scavengers and continue to survive on her own for months, determinantly with a wounded leg.
However, her return would be more realistic than Lilly's.
Well, not really.

Hummmm, that would depend. If Christa appears, say, 1 month after Clem's arrival (implying that she spent quite some time looking for the community) or they have her being accompanied by someone who had the exact location of Wellington, it would stop being unrealistic. There are ways to make it believable.
The wounded leg is determinant and I think someone mentioned that there is a non canon death where one of the scavengers yells Christa gets away. If you distracted the scavengers her escape is not that unplausible. If you did not, yeah more difficult, but again, there are ways to make it believable. Maybe the scavengers never had the intent of killing Christa since they wouldn't gain anything from it.
However, her return would be more realistic than Lilly's.

Both have very low chances of survival, I'd say the warehouse actually lower than the alley, but both situations aren't entirely unrealistic. In the alley, there were a lot of windows, which would explain why none of them saw Kenny escape. The walkers were also distracted by Ben's corpse. In the warehouse, there might have been a fire escape or something similar, like another walkway. Tyreese also lived in the comics when he cleared out an entire gym of walkers.

The unrealism of Kenny's return does not only emerge of how he survived in Season One, but also due to the fact that he and Clementine both migrated to the Blue Ridge Mountains, several states from where they last saw each other, and managed to stumble upon each other like nothing, after more than two years, without being killed in the process.

I don't believe there is going to be a live stream as they never mentioned there being one. I think they'll just release it on their YouTube account. I am going to be stalking my computer and I will upload it to this thread the moment it launches, so you could just keep an eye on this thread in the meantime.

We don't need them. We want new characters that have development and don't die at the end.

Less than 3 hours now! I don't think there has been a longer expanse of time in my entire existence.
so we should have clem die in the first 5 seconds of the series. she is a returning character after all :P.
So hoping to find out what happened to Christa.
I want in!!!!

If they can resurrect Kenny whenever the hell they want of course they can resurrect Duck.
Sometimes, leaving them unknown is better that way.
Ignoring someone is not the "best way"
Kenny was far from my "buddy buddy."
Repeating that disaster will only further crush the realism.
Kenny and Jane need to come back for sure!
Everyone else, no thanks.
It's the first good idea I've heard in here about returning characters.
No returning characters except Clem, AJ, Jane and Kenny.

So they can do a disaster with Kenny, but they can't with Lilly?
Is because she is a woman? T R I G G E R E D
That's what all actors are supposed to say when they are determinate. Neither denying or confirming.
Well, not really.

I thought this would be perceived more clearly.

Why would you want to have a disaster happen twice?
And no, it is not because she is a female nor it is because I dislike her; she is one of my favorite characters in the entire series.
inb4 trailer is only 5 seconds long
NOT LONG NOW TO WAIT!

Why must you destroy all my dreams?? ; (
Watch it be a 7 second vine of Javier walking through a blizzard
I thought I read somewhere that the trailer was gonna be released at noon.
I work currently... Will work 3 more hours. Ugh that means the trailer drops while I work. I hate waiting! XD
Except that Kenny had realistic, if low, chances of survival in both scenarios.
Hey, you could always watch it in the bathroom.
It releases 12PM PT, 3PM ET.

Here is the timer that some people posted above somewhere

Is it just being dropped on youtube or is there going to be a twitch thingamabobber?

OMG, I still don't want to wait. I WANT IN.
I think youtube.
Can't wait!!!!!
sorry to crush your hopes, it might happen but I find it unlikely.
