Salina's apartment
Did anybody take the "cat claw" that was on Selinas coffee table if so why? I didn't but now I'm thinking I should of?? But then again I took some things in GOT and found out it didn't matter or make any sort of impact in the game.

I didn't, but I'm curious to see how that plays out down the road.
I figured from Catwoman's POV she stole it "fair-and-square" (lol), and it would be in bad form for Batman to take it back. Besides, it's not like he can't afford another. I decided to have Batman let her keep it.
Since Batman has been using a replacement since then, I'm guessing there will come a point where Selina needs the one that was on the coffee table. Or at least, can use it to some advantage. We'll see though...maybe Batman will lose his and will be without a spare if you didn't take it back.
Nah, I didn't even take the Batman gadget back. Figured she might need it someday again.
Taking things you don't have to take generally don't have much impact in Telltale games . Maybe you'll get one extra short scene, but that's about it.
I didnt take it, or the grappling gun.
However, I want to know how Harvey didnt see the grappling gun right in front of him if you didnt take it.
Selina had stole from me in the past, just as I had stole from her. I felt that we were more than even now, considering she had pretty much saved me not long ago. Taking her belongings felt wrong to me at this point.
If Batman lost his grappling claw and didn't have his replacement on him, or if he lost both somehow, I could see him becoming more vulnerable in a combat scene. Maybe he could receive a small determinant injury or have to rely on an ally. Maybe he would have to escape a scene differently? This theory relies kind of heavily on Batman losing or being irresponsible with his equipment, and I couldn't really see that happening this frequently.
Alternately, if Bruce stole Selina's cat-claw, I could see Selina needing it at one point. If you were ever fighting side-by-side again, Bruce might have to come to her aid. I don't see any drastic repercussions coming from this decision, but maybe Batman would not be involved in this scene, and Selina will accusingly mention later on how she barely escaped from her last job because her cat-claw went "missing." If Bruce stole it, she probably wouldn't realize immediately, but she'd figure it out very soon. Selina is a smart one.
I don't know though. This seemed to be a pretty small choice, and I don't see too much happening as a result of it. I am a tad curious now that it was brought up. If it's in the game, chances are it will affect something, no matter how "small." I'm just not expecting too much from this specific decision.
Probably thought it was a sex toy?
I wonder if he noticed the bandages, too. Helluva hickey there Bruce
I didn't take the cat claw but I want to just to see if in the the future episodes she will ask for it.
Speaking of Selina's apartment did anyone look at her books? I researched it in case there's some meta or even easter egg in future ep.
1.)The Scarlet Pimpernel is about a hero in The French Revolution era with a secret identity similar to Batman.
2.)Shakespeare's Much Ado About Nothing. Well I'm sure everyone is familiar with this book/play. I think it pointed mostly on the relationship of Harvey, Selina, and Bruce.
3.) Petrarch is an Italian poet/scholar. He has a lot of works. So I only look at the most popular which is Canzoniere is about the love for Laura, with whom Petrarch fell in love at first sight. Laura was already married and turned down all of Petrarch's advances. They met on Good Friday and Laura allegedly died on Good Friday. So ??? Is Selina going to die?
4.)Gita Govinda. This is the book where Bruce was impressed. It's a a lyrical epic by Shri Jayadeva, a Sanskrit poet. It's about incarnation and Indian's god Vishnu.
These books are probably just books but in case someone who have more knowledge about these books feel free to add or even correct.
What if it actually has a dual-purpose as a sex toy? If you take it, oh, it opens many possibilities...(Alfred and Lucius here I cum!)
The Gita Govinda is about the struggle to find one's true self. The story is about Krishna who loves a milkmaid named Radha...but he strays and has relationships with others...at first he is content, but over time he senses that he has lost his way..eventually reunited with Radha, his true self is found.
This story represents Selina's struggle to find her place in this world. The thrill of the jobs she pulls used to be enough...but when you talk to her in the apartment she shows regret over the good people she has robbed. Bruce is Selina's Radha...the path to find her true self. Be that as a hero or villain remains to be seen
I didn't take it. IDK why.

I didn't want to snoop around so I didn't look at anything in the apartment, so I just grabbed the bagels and cream cheese from the fridge. I didn't even notice my grappling gun.
(Side note: I did take both in my alternate playthrough. I wonder how it'll play out.)
Much Ado About Nothing is all about deception, hidden identities etc. This has been a theme throughout the game (masks, truth serum etc). The quality of writing is really impressive so far.
Much Ado About Nothing also involves a character called Hero faking her death. I wonder if this is foreshadowing.
I took it and left Batman's grappling hook. Trade for Trade I figured Also while examining it Bruce does mention how it has strong magnets, so I'm guessing he may incorporate the things he like about it into a new batman gadget.
I didn't take it, but when I crowd played with my parents my mother took each opportunity to steal something.
My question...when you look at the Chinese food...there are pills...what kind of pills.....is she an addict?
Brilliant. Lucius has to test it all out somehow after all
Lucius already informed me that he has listened in on and me and Selina before, he needs to stop.
Actually Laura and Petrarch became lovers at a certain point, the one Italian poet who was constantly friend zoned was Dante, by Beatrice. Petrarch's canzoniere is much more about his inner struggle between his conscience and his impulses by one side, and coping with Laura's death and its inevitability and cruelty on the other.
Probably.
I left her the magnet she uses, but took the batclaw, because Batman lost his resources in Wayne Tower and might need the batclaw in future.
Those were for digestive problems after that chinese food.
I took my grappling gun back but left her cat claw magnet alone. I didn't think it was a wise idea to steal from someone's home after they just brought me there for the first time. Not the best way to build up her trust in you. Besides, if Bruce wants one bad enough i'm sure he could get one made.
I just went straight to the freezer, I didn't want Bruce to be too nosy.
I figured those might have been from playing Dr. with Bruce.
He was banged up after the fight with the big bad, so painkillers maybe?
I left it, I figured she needed it and I wasn't going to steal from her after she had saved Bruce the night before. I let her keep the grappling claw as well since Bruce has another one
I'd say painkillers given her dialogue with Bruce when he was hurt.
I didn't want to take Selina's Claw Magnet, but I did take back the Grapple Gun she took from the 1st episode. It was Batman's to begin with.
But I did spend a minute debating in my head about the consequences it could lead to. Like, whether it would be better to leave it in case something happened and Selina would need it to save her skin or take it back in Batman ended up losing his spare grapple down the road and would still be able to make a quick escape.
I didn't take it in my normal runs one with saving Selina and another saving Harvey.
But in my dark playthrough I'll take it and see what happens.
I did multiple routes and handled it multiple ways.
1st Route: Just took back the grapple gun (welcome back old friend).
2nd Route: Took both.
It'll be interesting to see if that effects the game or story in anyway, particularly depending on your relationship with Selina at the time.
I let her keep the equipment, I figured that it may be more useful to her. I rather not have her already used to using the grappling gun but now it's gone. Besides, I was fortunate enough to have Lucious continue working on new equipment for me. Him staying at Wayne Industries won't do me more good than new gadgets. I just see him telling me things I already know or could do nothing about, and possibly being in danger. There's one thing I'm worried about, and that's the small foreshadowing that Penguin will find the hidden room by saying something like, "I'm sure it's much bigger than it seems."
I did not take anything not even my gear.
Very nice of Telltale to have fleshed out Selina's character. Very interesting I have to say.
I just hope they won't kill her off or worse have it her sacrifice herself at some point, the trap all redemption arcs tend to fall in. I would like her to be the woman Bruce needs by his side, someone who could complete both of his lives.
That would be cool and a nice change compared to the usual "femme fatale, not-quite-an-ally, ambiguous" clichés.
Why wouldn't you? She stole from you first.
She saved my life. I'm not going to stab her in the back.
Besides I want their romance to strengthen even more, not to wither.
I don't think you're in her debt, I think at this point you might just be even.
In debt or even I don't think it would fit Bruce's character to steal from her so I refrained.
