The Walking Dead: A New Frontier - 9 NEW (Concept Art) IMAGES (Possible Minor Spoilers)

  • I feel like that grave may be Kenny's.

I am deeply concerned for my boat-loving redneck

  • Where are these from?

That A, B, C, D, E picture looks like settlement building from Fallout.

A guess: The grave is either Kenny's in the "stay with Kenny" ending or AJ's from the "Clem alone" assuming they are related to the "Clem flashbacks" at all. Although the grave is quite large.

  • Beautiful art. Guess Schulenburg Airport (?) will be a key location in the game.

  • So Wellington is confirmed to appear it looks like.

Also those first few honestly look like Borderlands concept art.

  • Also, Schulenburg is in Texas. My guess is that is where Javier lives before the outbreak, considering we already know the game takes place near Virginia.

I know it's just concept art, but for what it's worth, Schulenburg is way down in Texas.

    -son of a BITCH-

  • And ONE last thing, the photo of the office seems to be Carver's office.

So I guess that whatever ending we got is represented in the photos.

    Jane ending - Carver office

    Wellington - Leave Kenny

So I guess the field ones would be if you left with Kenny or are alone.

-Agh, already beaten to the punch-

  • I have one bother.

    Where is my Capricorn Farm?

  • I see

They are up on the game page for New Frontier.

  • Odd. I thought Job said they were somewhere in (Ohio?) My memory is a little fuzzy since I saw that interview 5 months ago. But I'm sure it wasn't Texas.

Maybe depending on your ending you'll be going in a complete different direction... Next on: Could Telltale Really Make Our Choices Matter? Stay to tuned to find out!

Clementine is with Javier at the airport.

  • Best guess is that scene will never happen. Its technically not an official screenshot either. Lets not forget about how almost every screenshot releases for Tales from the Borderlands before episode 1 was never in the game either.

Clementine is with Javier at the airport.

  • Ooh. Interesting. I like how a lot of them are going for the "rebuilding civilisation" theme TTG has talked about in the past... (particularly the airport one, with handmade roofs and buildings.)

  • Let's hope the grave is Arvo's! He returns and is wearing an atheist shirt and Clem shoots him. We bury him and put a cross on his grave just to spite him.

Yeah im worried to I really hope kenny is alright I love that old bastard.

  • With Wellington we can see many differences. In season 2, Wellington had looked like it was in the middle of absolute nowhere. But in the new picture, you can see visible trees around it, lots of grass, tree trunks and grass. It's clearly not the dead of winter anymore.

That's definitely not from TFTB, Prosperity Junction had a whole train thing going on with a big clock in the center, this clearly has an airplane with one of those towers they have at airports. Plus this wouldn't have been on the TWD S3 page if it wasn't TWD S3 concept art.

Well Google say's it place in Texas

  • Okay, the hype is so fucking real now. I thought I was okay until the 20th but this resurfaced my excitement in a crazy way.

It's incredible seeing that our s2 endings will matter. I have a feeling that Kenny is buried in that grave, definitely.

Also Schulenberg is in Texas, my homeland! How exciting... perhaps we'll chance across Mike and Arvo as well?

I've always wanted to see an airport in the Walking Dead. I think I mentioned it in the places for Season 3 thread, if so yay.

I am almost positive that "Chulburg", population 123, isn't in Texas. Texas is a long way from Virginia. The game is in the Virginia area mostly. Even the flashbacks probably couldn't take something that far over a two year time skip in the apocalypse.

Didn't it take Eugene, Abraham, and Rosita months to get to just Georgia? It also took Magna 7 months to get to Alexandria from Richmond. I've made that drive, they're in the same state.

Plus this is concept art. Maybe it gets a different name in the actual game if it does so in fact appear.

A plane? I doubt it for several reasons. One, fuel. Two, how many people can fly a plane in apocalypse? Three, are you just going to land anywhere? I'm willing to bet that most of the major airports' runways have stuff in the way. A helicopter would be more realistic, or even a balloon. I think it's really people just looking to much into stuff. Of course, maybe it is Texas for some reason.

Very neat. I look forward to being able to appreciate these after the game has released.

  • how many people can fly a plane in apocalypse?

Im sure Kenny can do it.

Why? He can fixes cars, boats, trains, why not airplanes?

KENNY IS LOVE KENNY IS LIFE

  • This art is beautiful, and it really does seem that our endings will play a somewhat major role in Season 3. But there are so many different locations, people are saying that the airport is in Texas, while Job and others are saying the game is set somewhere in Virginia, meanwhile Wellington is in Ohio and Howe's in Tennessee, I guess we're going to fulfill Omid's dream of the great American road trip.

  • I was not very happy about the new season after screenshot's, teaser and trailer. But after these art's with Wellinghton and Howe's my hype is back.

    I don't regret did pre-order

  • This CLEARLY proves that we ARE going to see Kenny and Jane but I'm afraid Wellington and Howes won't have enough screentime cause there are too many new locations. Just 12 days left and I can't wait.
