The situation was... a bit more complicated than that. People are entitled to their opinions and are fully welcome to voice negative critici… moresms of the game itself here in waiting threads, as long as you aren't personally insulting users and all that. We just ask that you keep your posts focused on the game itself. But, it doesn't mean that people are only allowed to speak positively about the game. Negative criticisms are fair, but y'know, let's please just keep it directed towards the game and not the people working on the game.
For me its more that we get a "Yes, we see fan feedback." But its left nice and cryptic. Are they just saying that to try and calm fans down or what. It would be nice if they just said something like "We are aware many people ended up not being very happy about how ANF started and we are looking at fan feedback to improve."
You know, it is possible that they genuinely do acknowledge the fan feedback internally, but that they just are not openly dwelling on the n… moreegativity of some of the feedback. Even if they are aware, it's not like you're see a Job tweet saying "we kno da game sux, sorry lolol". A tweet where they openly acknowledge that they are taking fan feedback into consideration (like the one Job made recently) is probably the most realistically direct acknowledge we will get.
I doubt it. The intention of the flashbacks is to bridge the gap between S2 and ANF. It'll likely be her encounter with TNF and their falling out. We still don't know what happened between them.

I would love to see those two interacting together! I wonder how Clem will react to finding out that David, the ruthless leader of her former group, is the brother of Javier, a friend she has just met.
Can anyone actually refute this? I mean we have reports of them flat-out removing good scenes from season 2 that would have added to the length, (like Alvin fishing with Clem) and it certainly wasn't because the episodes were too long. Which leads me to believe it's laziness.
Oh you can bet your bottom dollar that the next set of episodes will be equally shitty in terms of gameplay, lack of hubs, character develop… morement and extremely short episode lengths. Telltale have been a sinking ship since after season 1 finished.
Each game has got worse and worse in terms of effort
This season may have had a very disappointing start, but I really want this season to be decent, I genuinely do. But Telltale has to put in the necessary effort and care.
Fan Says: "Feels weird that two episodes are already released. Ep3 already"
Response Tweet from Job: "Yeah. Having a two-part premiere kind of puts us at a slightly unusual rollout. Definitely working in a lot of fan feedback for Ep 3, too!"
I would prefer for that not to happen since there's little point in it. I think the episodes are short enough as it is for them to have the luxury of adding pointless flashbacks about people long gone now.
I'd like for them to show us Clem's history with TNF. I think they'll show us day to day life, introduce us to some characters (characters that we may even meet in episode 3, including David which we may get a bit of outbreak history from), Clem's branding, TNF stopping to be "good people", Clem's motivations to escape and Clem's escape (maybe depicted on Thicker Than Water's slide?).
They also have to stick AJ's fate and Clem acknowledging the existence of Richmond somehow. This, of course, if they finally decide to make her flashbacks more than 2-5 minutes.

Eh, maybe we can have both.

Game criticism is fine, as long as you guys try to keep things less "fuck telltale!".
I guess we'll find out if that's possible.
I hear this every single time.
In fact if I'd got a penny for every time I hear this, I would be as rich as Trump.
A BIGGER EPISODE
with a even bigger cinematic intro

Lets hope it's short enough so I can play through it in one sitting
The have you covered...it will be the first episode where the Opening credits are the end credits.
I wouldn't be surpised if this is similar to how Episode 3 turns out.
That would be awesome. Out of all the TTG characters she seems the most likely to show up again.

I'd really like to see that. I'm very intrigued to learn more about Clem's time with the New Frontier, and what happened between them.
What happens if Clem gets no playable flashbacks next episode?
If that were the case, that would mean that we don't play as Clem at all. Which would be a big no no.
I just don't see Christa serving any actual purpose to the story. Unless she returns this season which I highly doubt.
I'm hoping she meets David in her flashback. That'd be an interesting encounter!

She's one of the few in TWD that we didn't actually see die. She's also one of the ones that makes the most sense to bring back.
Then, some people would be... what's the word... sad.
Don't make me regret waiting this long (To Job).
i love it
It's almost the end of the month. I was actually thinking about if they were going to release the third ep today.
I'm in pain with the torment of more waiting lol
This Job guy has a bad sense of humor...
But I have hope in this "fan feedback".
Will this thread get rewritten too?
I don't think so, but I think because it's so big it'll have to be split in two.
I don't think sad would be the right word here. Pissed seems more appropriate.

'fanfeedback' has affected ep3. Clem fans where you at?
It's the subtle way of covering "fucking angry".
Just a dick trying to ruin everyone's day.
Flashbacking.
Gotta appeal to the newcomers though.
Job: We hear you and apreciate the feedback!
Job: As long as is possitive and was given by people that were paid by us.
"Clem has an Ep3 scene that literally broke me."
I can bet they will rewrite that scene...
Where is everyone going? Bingo?
This is exactly what I want to see, I completely agree with you.
I'm on Team BlindSniper : )
Completely unrelated, but since you're here, any idea when can we expect new Batman Unmasked?
Something like that...
When you check testers who test episodes before they release and one of them is replaying season 1 and not S3E3
