What do you look forward to most this season?

  • Playing more as Clementine. If that even happens.

I'm looking forward to seeing what happened to AJ, but I'm also a little afraid to find out.

  • Sex scene with Kate / Eleanor.

  • Don't judge me, I know you want that too.

Sex scene with Kate / Eleanor.

  • Hopefully playing more Clementine, I really like the idea of protecting a toddler in the apocalypse, as it opens up a whole slew of new possibilities for conflicts and choices, do you trust these people to help you protect AJ, or will they betray you? do you feed yourself to stay strong, or do you feed AJ? can you trust other people to look after AJ while you do other shit? I think it would make a prime season 4, if they dont explore it very much in A New Frontier

Also, I am really hoping that they dont cop out and make David the villain no matter your choices, I am trying my hardest to be a good brother to David, and giving him the benefit of the doubt so far, but knowing Telltale theyre probably gonna make the final choice something like [Shoot David], [Shoot yourself in the foot] or something stupid

I really dislike the uncertainty of not playing as Clementine, and if something happens to her, I dont know if I even want to continue, since she is the only light in that shitty world that is The Walking Dead

  • Smoking more OG dank kush.

That's what's most important in a post-apocalyptic survival story... How lit my character can get from the loud pack like I'm watching a Cheech and Chong film.

  • In terms of story, hopefully seeing what The New Frontier is about since we're connected to it's leader and one of it's apparent enemies (Clementine).

In terms of characters, I'm looking forward to how Clementine will end up by the end of series since, as an NPC, she should actually get some development out of the story now. Also learning the full scope of Javier's backstory as well as exploring the relationships between him, David, Kate and Gabe and how they'll all end up as a result.

  • If I were in a zombie apocalypse I'd have booze and weed all the time.

  • Fighting Zombie Kenny

  • Yeah, yeah... and don't forget the forced sexual tension. I'd have a whole lot of that if I were in a zombie apocalypse.

  • Seeing how your choices in Javier's flashbacks affect your stay at Richmond.

Also maybe some more Clementine flashbacks showing her stay and her escape (?) from The New Frontier. That could possibly show where AJ or Christa are during the events of the season.

  • Of course !

  • David whopping Badger's sorry ass.

Also, seeing our goofball again :)

  • It'd be easier to answer that if I had an idea of what was coming. :p

For now I'm looking forward to interaction between Javi and David. They're both really cool characters and they have an interesting and complicated relationship.

Then there's Gabe. He's proving to be a really cool character and I can't wait to see how he develops. He's at a crossroads and has a path to choose. It'll be interesting to see what kind of survivor he becomes. The game seems to be implying that he'll either become more like David or more lke Javier.

  • ahahahaah

laughter turns into tears of sadness

  • I want an explanation how David survived the bite (at the very beginning).

  • Learning whether Capricorn Farm is Richmond or another of the New Frontier's settlements.

  • He wasn't bitten!

    That was their uncle, Hector.

  • Really? For some reason I thought it was David.

I'm looking forward to seeing how all the characters will die by the end of this season.

I'm predicting stoner chick's husband will fall on a dormant walker.

Dr.Ching-chong will get shot off screen, and we'll find her as the dormant walker that will bite stoner husband.

Ponytail dude will get run over by a truck driven by a puppy.

Gay whining kid will probably just slowly fade into nothingness... probably for the best.

I think that stoner chick will smoke too much loud and her head will explode.

As for Clementine, she'll pass her plot armor to Javi and give him a sentimental smile before a cartoon piano falls on her head.

All the other people (if there are any, I can't be fucked to remember a joke for Naruto karate master hippie or whoever else we've ran into) can just die from rubbing into a walker or something as equally lame.

I want Clementine picking on AJ for whatever reason and him responding: You don't wanna test me girl, I'll pass every time !

  • Cartoon piano?

  • Talking with David, choices concerning the leadership of the New Frontier, and meaningful variations between games due to choice. The last one is a pipe dream.

Nah I reckon she'll smoke so much she'll start channeling snoop dog and start rapping until someone shoots her. She was halfway there with some of the dialogue in the car

Sex scene with Kate / Eleanor.

  • An appearance from a Season One or Two character that hasn't been in a flashback yet. Preferably Sarah. Not that it'll happen

  • More Clem/AJ interactions, my very favorite parts of the game, Clems smile is just so great, but it has gotten to the point where she barely smiles anymore, at least I have been able to get a few smiles out of her as Javier.

I think it was a huge wasted opportunity to not have a whole game dedicated to Clem protecting AJ, considering it could bring a new layer of trust issues in, considering you have a baby to take care of, and getting food, Clem obviously needs food to stay strong, but AJ also needs it to survive, what if there isnt food enough for both? what do you do then?

    You know...

    Cartoon piano?

  • I feel like you and I were the some of the only one's here that had our hands covering our mouths while that entire scene was playing in confusing disbelief.

The game seems avant-garde with it's genre bending. One moment it's a segment of an entire family being viciously slaughtered by a recently deceased family member. The next, it turns into a Harold and Kumar road comedy. Genius.

  • Definitely exploring more of what the NF, more Clem playtime, Clems history with and why their taking of Richmond scared her so much, and AJs fate. I'm also looking forward to interacting with Clem as Javier, and seeing just how much she'll be able to open up to him.

  • That's feasible.

  • Clem saying "Previewsly on the WD" and Javi saying "next time..." It could be a nice feature. Storywise speaking, I do not know. Season ending with Clem & Aj following Jesus to join Alexandria, maybe? I know that it is almost impossible, but it could be a much better ending than a s2 ending or s1 post credit scene ending, given how TTG treated those endings. Still cant get why Clem Did a Stranger mistake at the very beginning of S2.
