It has to be mentioned that she is a teenager. She will make many mistakes during this age, but in the end she will "build" her personality in the way that she wants to "build" it. If this is not the reason of her acting like that, then I don't know why she is behaving in that way.

  • I know, you're right about this. This is where we go back to the "teenager" thing: she is Careless as most teenagers (to a specific extend, at least). In addition she thought that the bullets were ALL crap and then she was panicked and asked desperately for help from Javier. Of course this wasn't a right thing to do but it was the best she could do at that moment.

  • I thought once the full definition of what murder was got posted this nonsense ended?

  • I know. :/ So much cringe.

  • :( maybe it was someone else in that thread? I can't remember, it was like a week or two ago lol

  • Oh, you were referring to Gabe!

...Giggity? Not between two underage teens, very un-giggity.

  • And honestly, would those mythical people even be saying that if Javier didn't bring it up? Cause it sounds like yet another example of people taking too much to a line.

Tell that to the hordes of people who are already identifying their interactions as signs of attraction. You don't need to try and put my mind at ease.

  • By that point you'll have made two major choices concerning Kenny and his son, and if you make the pro-Kenny ones of saving his son from walkers AND standing up to Larry so he isn't thrown out, I think it's more than understandable that Kenny would consider Lee a friend if he did those things.

Contrast to ANF, where the first thing Clem does is rob you at gunpoint.

    Maybe if the game didn't drop stupid hints like;

Asian Doc: "Oh they seem to be getting along. They are the same age hurr durr."

Javi To Gabe: "You two seem to be getting along."

Adult survivors care more about teens hooking up than food, weapons, safety etc.

She has in no way shown interest in him in the game. All she did was have a normal conversation with him. Doesn't mean she likes him. Jeez.

  • She's VERY disillusioned at this point. Imagine having to spend your growing up ages in the APOCALYPSE and every time something good is about to happen it gets royally destroyed.

Tbh I'm surprised she's still able to smile after all she's been through.

  • Tyler don't give up my shiny little gem!!

Btw I agree with you. I'm aware though that the losses, pain, (end my) suffering has made her act distant, edgy and cold but I really hoped she'd be different.. :/ She used to represent hope (well at least to me please don't throw tomatoes in my face) but now's she like all other peeps in the apocalypse I guess lmao sorry.

  • It's always the apples.

    Why couldn't it be a...clementi-

  • It wouldn't be so bad if they explained how Clem changed like this, but they haven't and they never will, cos explaining Clem's character halfway into the season is dumb as fuck and there's no time for it.

Oh fuck, it's Season2!Kenny all over again!

  • The way she ate that apple after she rescued Javier was just cringeworthy the more I think back to it.

To be fair, I didn't mind that, if only because it was midly humorous to think of that as "See? She still likes apples!".

I only hate her cos I love her. They ruined her...:'(

They still got 4 episodes of arcwelding left to try to address it, but it's looking like my fears from Season 2.5 aren't unfounded.

  • Oh hell nah bish

Sexualization? By Telltale? All they did was talk. They can relate to each other as they're both children in the apocalypse.

  • I think this problem for some (including myslef) comes from the fact that our S1 & S2 choices didn't matter and not integrating in the new season. Shaping who Clementine will be, my Clementine was kind and hopeful, and that did not show at all in ANF. Also, how short the episodes is. No time to get into these character's head and learn who they are.

  • I can count pixels on that photo. Upgrade your shit and then come talk to me, Tyler.

  • Just as I said a while ago, Clementine has been losing much of what made her special in the first place.

From a a narrative standpoint, they don't have to include lines like:

Huh, maybe they'll hit if off?

Oh, I'm sure after a day you two are just soulmates.

How about I shoot your little boyfriend here instead?

We were just talking, she seems pretty cool.

Seems like foreshadowing to me, unfortunately. I hope you're right though. The last thing this game needs is some stupid forced romance. We have enough with Kate and Eleanor.

She has in no way shown interest in him in the game. All she did was have a normal conversation with him. Doesn't mean she likes him. Jeez.

  • People were "shipping" them the moment they saw a male boy in the game. It always happens. Doesn't mean it will happen in the actual game.

Tell that to the hordes of people who are already identifying their interactions as signs of attraction. You don't need to try and put my mind at ease.
