Was Michael Madsen being expensive to fly to the studio was why Carver was killed off early?
Of the entire cast Michael Madsen is the most famous, was him being to expensive to get was why Carver got killed off early?

Apparently, Carver was never meant to around for long anyway, but that changed when they cast Micheal Madsen. They had created Troy's model to portray him with at first, but the voice didn't really fit, so they created a model resembling the actor John Hawkes that was eventually replace with the model we ended we up with.
I think they had him go to his local studio and act out the script there and have the audio clips sent to Telltale in which they put in the game. I think with the amount of dialogue he acted he could have lasted longer if they spread it out throughout the four episodes he'd be in
Carver doesn't really look like John Hawkes, Hawkes is skinny and Carver is quite stocky.
Ahhh season 2....Kill off the bad guy in ep 3 ...the entire season was a mess...in some ways worse than ANF.
S2 sucked yes, but come on ANF was far far worse in every way just about.
Yeah, he was changed to be beefier to suit Madsen's voice a bit more.
He used to look like this:
ANF is an almost complete rush from start to finish. I hope the next season is more timed.
not in every way cause Conrad and his determinant treatment existed but besides that A New frontier was the worst season of TWD.
No...see season 2 went with Kenny in an attempt to invest people in the series. The season 2 "writers" never went through the trouble of making new characters that really meant anything in the long run. The bad guy carver....his story was resolved in 1 whole episode...the main idea behind the season was Kenny and his issues. They took everything that had been wrapped up pretty well in S1 with his faults and decided to make him regress and actually become worse. If they had made a new character with all the issues Kenny had in S2...quite a few people would have been complaining there was no choice to slap him silly.
ANF they actually put in new characters.the problem with ANF was that it seemed like you were always running and there was never any time to rest and get to know the new cast. But at least there was a new cast that could have been interesting...and there were glimmers of character moments like the flashback in ep5 where you felt for them. Now I am by no means calling ANF brilliant...cause it ain't, but there is not as much being lazy storywise as just trying something new and failing at it.
Agreed
Our villain, ladies and gentleman!
It was probably his raging alcoholism, Carver sounded like he always had a full flask on him at all times. And acted like it too.
That makes too much sense.
A buch new characters that I give zero shits about.
Carver was such a fucking awesome bad guy, probably the best Telltale ever made.
