The last season must have less deaths

  • Or teleporting walkers that just seem to appear in the open without no one noticing until they get uncomfortably close.

Well, you know how it goes: no Walking Dead story is complete without at least one ninja walker.

  • Sometimes I wonder if that scene was suppose to be that way for comedic effect.

I agree and yeah, Ava's second determinant death where she falls off after telling Javier to be more careful was just too funny.

  • Gabe would complain that he wasn't shot well enough like a man should be shot.

Mariana would've been much more welcoming if she stayed in the story, nobody would give a fuck if gabe was shot instead.

  • I think everyone already knows that you didn't care about Mariana.

I didn't really care for Mariana's existence to begin with and direct exposure to her even bothered me little, but her death just really enhanced things with a tangible point.

  • The point was that her quite literally being there just to die is part of the [discussed] problem.

  • My opinion on how deaths are treated in the game:

Aw, I missed you having this avatar. You'll change it 2/3 days later like you've been doing recently. :(

    Edit: Of course.. :unamused:

It sucks that she was there to just die. Wish she stuck around for some time and developed, but yeah...

Oh, you like Waving Away Duck Face?

    Develop how exacty?
Cause honestly, I came to the conclusion that she's one of those characters that don't really need it.

  • I did reply to your post.

I talk about the Lee avatar, obviously. Jeez, are you trying to give me a whiplash or something?

Well, I have no ideas right now.

I was referring to the fact that you clearly had to edit it in.

Oh yeah, that one. I was in the process of adding/shuffling through newer gravatars and ended up picking a different one when I was done.

Well, I have no ideas right now.

No worries. I'm sure you'll bump a thread to post your thoughts when you're ready.

Well, if you hadn't changed your Lee avatar, I wouldn't have made the edit.
    (Again, what is the problem?)

You have like 50 now, don't you?

  • The Ghost daughters were the point of the story....the entire thing was Michonne finally coming to grips with her past. In many ways the Michonne story is the second best TWD story after S1...and has the best combat out of the entire series....which of course is a slap in the face when you consider that ANF was the next one to come out and had the lamest combat in the series. Sadly I blame @DabigRG for this debacle.

Not to mention being, ya know, ghostly figments.

  • The Ghost daughters were the point of the story.

I know and I also know it was a bit of an over saturated point... Other than this single gripe I have with it the Michonne video game was indeed with the best combat mechanics. Much like sugar and honey with the main purpose being to sweeten your beverage.. put too much and it becomes like candy water.. in cases like these less becomes more in a reverse way.

After about four apparitions you'd need a different way to display that she's coming to grips with her past such as maybe a flashback (yes they had those) or her talking to herself or someone else about it.. like Rick did with the telephone thinking he was speaking to Lori as example. Also we as the audience know how she felt toward her daughters by the last episode and that's when the apparitions really kicked into overdrive I noticed. & Who in that world doesn't have a past? While analyzing Michonne's often cold personality it would seem she'd ironically be the first to tell someone else to get over their unchangeable past.. I'm willing to bet as well. Someone like Kenny..

  • I think this season will have a lot less deaths. I'm one to agree that TFS will probably try to do things full circle in its conclusion, however I think this inclines more towards from when Carver was talking to Clem about the new generation of survivors. With AJ being someone born in the apocalypse I think its a fair bet there will be a couple of the survivor kids left un-determinately.
