Should Guybrush have a son or daughter in future installments?

I like how the second most popular answer after "no" is "they should adopt monkeys"

But I don't like that it doesn't give a choice such as "yeah, they should have a kid, but I don't care about the gender". Why do you expect people to have a preference for son or daughter?

Not that I care, I said "no". I can't imagine it working as a game. It could be the end to the series, that they're going to have a kid, but not part of the next game.

However I guess a different series with a different main character set like 20 years later would be a possibility. But I wouldn't really like that either.

However, I'd like a game where you can play both Guybrush and Elaine.

Please, no children in Monkey Island!!! These bastards are already bas enough in real life (And I know what I'm talking about: I was a child myself many years ago).

Or let me put it like this: there is already a child in Monkey Island: Guybrush.

I could see a game where we actually play as a grown Guybrush Jr.
A son would be best, I think - I'd want the character to be as similar to Guy as possible.

I like that idea but would Guybrush Senior be in it? I might not be too crazy about it if he were but a Guybrush Jr. game would make a good fan project or game, imagine going back to old islands and saying stuff like " I feel like I've been here before..." It would be like wooo... Freaky!
