For me it’s £20 lost, I’m more bothered that I can’t experoence the last season of clems story then £20 I spend about a month ago that I totally have forgotten about.
I do think people should be entitled to a refund but considering the company seems to have no money left to give anybody, I would guess those wanting a refund are sh*t out of luck
On the bright side you might have lost £20 but atleast you diddnt lose your job today so that’s something atleast
