This is really our last option, if you want to see Clementine’s story end this is it. Skybound has a gaming division, it may be possible for… more them to hand over the project to different developers. TFS’s story is already fully written and ep 3 only needs polish according to the Michael, the Lead Season Designer. This could actually work.
Think about it though, how is it canon if in THE SAME UNIVERSE a story goes back in time? That's not right, these are in the same universe, unlike the show, so it's not possible. Even if 2 years later Clem appears after the comic storyline takes a time-skip again, it wouldn't make sense because Telltale most likely don't make Clementine leave. SO in any case, Kirkman cannot write Clementine in unless she leaves the school at the end of Episode 2. So yes, this is a bad idea. I want Clem in the game, not the comic.
The best to do if you wish Kirkman to finish Clem's story is to just wipe the final season totally from canon.
I really liked Ep 1 o… moref TFS, but we were only 25% into this season, so if he does decide to hit the reset button on TFS and have it take place a few years back, I wouldn't mind.
