That's primarily on Episode 3, mind you, but they were indeed a more cohesive, cooperative unit, whereas David's collective force was actually very split and conflicted.
So overall, that arguably helps render them the worse group.

The New Frontier has bad writing but Delta has terrible motivation.
The Delta’s worse than TNF, but more powerful it’d seem. I think someone from Lily’s squad said something about stealing from them.
