What dead Monkey Island Character do want to retrun?

WARNING! SPOILERS AHEAD!


If we are, in fact, visiting the land of the dead in the next episode; it seems plausable that we'll run into characters who shuffeled off this mortal coil in previous monkey island games.

So, who do you want to return? I think it would be a lot of fun to see Bob, or Largo Legrande. (if either of them are in fact dead)

    well bob is dead regardless of if Guybrush used root beer on him

    Guybrush Threepwood. I would really like to see him back for Episode 5

    Assuming we do visit the land of the dead, I'd love to see Murray's otherworldly self. I imagine him being fully intact, but still powerless due to the fact that he'd be a mere soul. They could run for miles with that premise.

    I assume Guybrush and Morgan are given ;)

    It would be very nice to have some MI2 characters, as Largo or Rapp... but also Governor Marley senior!! (Not shown in MI2, but his story is told.) That would be a superb touch :)

    Well, it's obvious there will be Santino. I mean, he's a ToMI character that has been dead from the start, utterly hyped, and there will be this Land of the Dead sort of location. How can it possibly be without Santino?

    Santino, Bob, obviously Morgan La Flay.

    Usually, i'd be against a cameo of a character twice in one season, but Murray could be an exception given what a great character he is. Only problem is, if he's "undead" in the living-world, how can he also be "undead" in the underworld? Surely Murray, i.e. Murry's anima, can only exist in one place at once? I could expound this in a long theological discussion of the anima, but I won't but either of us through that...

    I'm not too keen on having too many characters back. At the start of the season i'd thought definitely Stan/Murray/Wally, maybe Men of Low Moral Fiber/Kate Capsize. But now we've only got one last ep, there's not really space for new-old characters. Santino is a must, simply because he's a good character and it's the only chance we've got to really see him, and Morgan will probably be back, but I wouldn't be too disappointed beyond that.

    He's not dead, but the only character I REALLY REALLY wanted back was the Illustrious Mr Fossey, more than Murray or Stan (as I was fearing overkill but it wasn't to be)

    I think if guybrush is going to be in somwhat like the underworld in the next episode we will meet Santino there... i mean where else could he be? ;P

    Right now, I think we've pretty much had our cameo quota met. Any more and... Well, it's really not that necessary, is my point.
    However, of course, it's the Land of the Undead, not the Dead, in which case
    Guybrush would be there, presumably, because he was run through with the cursed cutlass, by LeChuck, and so would Morgan, were she killed by LeChuck as theorized
    but DeSinge and Santino would not. However, we don't know how the Land of the Undead works versus the Land of the Dead, so... It's all in theory.
    (I really don't wanna see Guybrush as a cursed, LeChuck-like zombie, oh please no.)

    We don't know how Santino died. Could have been killed by LeChuck or any kind of weird hoodoo!

    Am I the only one who would prefer Santino to remain a mystery? After all, no actual walking, talking Santino could live up to the Santino IN OUR HEARTS.

    Two dead characters I definatly don't want to return are Ozzie Mandrill and Marquis de Singe. Ozzie because he's annoying and already screwed up the last Monkey Island game, and De Singe because his death was so awesome that seeing him back would kind of diminish it.

    Though he probably isn't dead, I'd really like to see king André. Doesn't have to be a big role, after all he didn't have a big role in Curse, but it'd be awesome to see him again.

    I agree that bringing Santino in would sort of ruin the charm of the guy.

    McGillicutty... He seemed like one ruthless SOB.... He would make a good right hand man for LeChuck.... Seriously LeChuck needs a crew, and that crew should have some character and some development.
