Does anyone know if TTG will put the hardcover/signed comic back up in the store? I've been waiting ages til I could afford to buy it and it's gone :(

The idea of the Hardcover is been numbered and limited. If you missed, I'm sorry

I think for now we'll have to make do with crappy cardboard versions. But I like it even better. I've never been part of any club at school, and they always made these cardboard badges or paper cards.
I think I'd feel more like I'm part of an exclusive club with the cardboard version than the "professional" one.

I did mine using cooper. It's pretty easy, but the badge has too many details for my skill :S

You know, I love those badges. Espcially the ears on max's.

Can't wait for April. Keep up the good work.
Time to play season 1 again.

This one is a Document Holder with Golden Ink (For paper, is must already wearing off) a Pepsi Bottle Cap and the adhesive tape. The must difficult part was find the Bottle Cap, because here Coca Cola is the one which rules carbonated beverages =P.

Maybe we should make ourselfes a Max's Version of the Badge! This one is way easier. The only problem is find the right Document Holder and an id card. MMmmm maybe I'll revisit the idea...

As it's been said, it's not really probable... but it's worth to say the standard edition is very beautiful too! An excellent edition in itself, you won't be disappointed, I'm very satisfied myself :)

And the comic in itself is a must read in my opinion :D

Well, Lucasarts are still around, and TTG made Tales.
But in a recent survey on what future games people would like to see (sent out by Telltale), BrokenSword was listed as one of the non-LucasArts games.

Yes, i saw the survey, and found it strange then aswell. I don't see revolution letting anybody else develop a Broken Sword-game, but there must be some reason for it being listed.

I, for one, would rather like to see Telltale pick up some long dead franchise then a live and kicking franchise like BS. Zak Mckracken and Maniac Mansion springs to mind. But iirc, those were listed in the survey aswell.

    Hi there,

I just pre-ordered as well, and as I did with S&M Season II and Tales of Monkey Island. It just happened to me that, as I went through the payment, I wanted to use my coupons gathered through the Treasure Hunt. They were still there two weeks ago (I checked that because my studies made me keeping the downloaded Monkey Island games untouched on my harddrive until the), and now I had to realize that everything's gone; even the avatar and desktop images!

Apparently this was announced a long time back (http://www.telltalegames.com/forums/showthread.php?t=14159), but couldn't TTG have sent an expiry reminder just like the one I got for my free season code? I bought all of the games here (except the Cool Strong Bad game, which I don't like), and I kinda feel I deserved the discount codes... Especially because that would have made a nice compensation for the high customs fees you've got to pay when receiving stuff (DVDs, books, etc.) in Europe.

Anyway. Keep up your excellent work, just add a reminder service. :-) And I'll pay close attention to the discount vouchers' expiry dates in the future!

Hurrah! My first preorder. This season looks awesome, epic, and epicly awesome. I still don't know what free game to choose. Hmm..

I chose Chariots of the Dogs. I loved hearing the random crap the different versions of Sam say.
    I can't shoot future me!

just get any you have heard really good things about. I almost snagged another episode of SBCG4AP, but I can't get that to work on my mac at the moment

I wouldn't recomment chariot of the dog (even if it's one of my favourite ones) if you haven't played the others.
Season's two last episodes probably make much more sense when you've played the ones that come before.

Max's is not there in fact. Sam's is. But in the Second Show ep and Trouble with Gary has some shots about of it

I played out of order, and they are enjoyable. BUT they are more enjoyable with the first ones already played.

Oh, hey! It turns out I have access after all! Hi!

I played Ice Station Santa first, I knew the premise of the season.

Hi! And yes, I agree about playing Season 2 in order.

And with the trend set in ToMI I expect Season 3 to be a continuous story as well instead of seperate stories...

Also; for the free episode you might want to think about getting something other than another episode from the same season. For example if you have 201, get a 10x episode, then you can purchase both seasons at discount, add them to your cart, have free shipping and lots of fun etc.

G'day and finally! I've been waiting to (pre-)order that game ever since S2 came out. :)

    Hi!

    Good to be here.

So... do we get to see nifty cool exclusive concept art this time around? Like the goodies we got for TMI last time?

so i watched the giant bomb preview video and i'm really impressed with the updated engine and i'm pretty excited for some Loom-esque ability based puzzles rather than purely inventory based ones.

    BOOBS!

Sorry, had to say it, given the main sub-topic in the French culture vs. American culture discussion.

    HAI GUYS!

I'm extremely excited about this new season of Sam & Max games. It's my favorite Telltale franchise (not knocking ToMI, which I loved, but S&M is just closer to my heart). Can't wait to play it, the trailer looks great!

so does anyone know more about that?

One of the TellTale Team earlier on spoke of news soon. I'd say either what you're after will be included or it will be answered soon enough in any case.
