I'm sent three emails regarding my difficulty in ordering the ToMI CD and haven't received any responses. I bought ToMI for my father, and he hasn't been able to get the downloaded version to work. I want to get the CD for him now that it's available, but my order number doesn't work for a coupon. What do I need to do?
I pre-ordered Puzzle Agent and I messed up and didn't realize that I had to add other games to get the 50% off at that time. This is the only reason I pre-ordered the game, or I would have just waited awhile.
The text about the 50% off is confusing because it says you'll receive a coupon, and I thought I'd get one after I made my order or something.
Is there anyway I can either still receive the 50% off or cancel my order and re order? I see the offer has been extended, can you guys work with me here?

I paid my (second - for a gift [issue #1]) ToMI by credit card on 26.05.10. The money is booked off from the bank account. So the money should be there! I wanted to give away the game as a gift, but in the order process I didn't get any option to do so. Of course I checked the checkbox (the gift-option).
First I had two keys per episode in my game list. But now, there is only one key left. where are the others? Is my purchased game now - lost - or something like that? I mean I wrote to you again on 09.06.10 (issue-32031) but I didn't receive anything back from your side.
What is going on now? What am I supposed to do? As I wrote in the board and in the support mail, the game was planned to become a birthday present :mad: In the end of May!
Don't get me wrong! I love your games. So I want to support you in all the way I can. Ordering the games, ordering tons of merch etc. But, in this case im feeling really beeing taken in by you. And this makes my kind of disappointed and angry. I don't see another choice that writing this here, cause you seem like not replying to emails right now. Perhaps you are reading this here in the forum.

Koomazaz, if you want a previous order cancelled so that you can get things for cheaper, you can just order what you want now and you can still cancel your previous order.

I sent in a request about 5 days ago plus a followup a few days later and I still have not heard back from Telltale. My ticket is issue-32761. I have checked my spam folder fairly often so I am sure I have not received a response.

Obviously this is not your fault, but in my opinion it's not Telltale's fault either - they're just too swamped

I agree that I should have checked my order better before clicking confirm, but it would have been nice if they had the decency to reply. Paying $15 shipping, with an exchange rate of 1 to 10, it's very expensive! Oh well, I'll be the only kid on the block then!

Instead I have now received 2 x activation codes per chapter, please can you rectify & remove one code per chapter & supply me with the media as intended.

There are only my old keys. My "newly" purchased keys are gone...
Or is there a way to activate the key, which is inside my order mail?
