    Hi, I emailed support a few days ago and recieved an automatic email with issue-35225. I still have not recieved any feedback yet. I (stupedly :eek:) purchased the wrong thing and would like to know what to do before the Adventure Bundle Deal ends.

    Hi, emailed support on 12th of September (issue-35234) and no reply: I oredered Tales of Monkey Island on 24th of August and the next day I received a mail telling me that it was shipped but, till now, I received nothing.
    Any info?

    Mine was never Shipped (ordered in April)...and still no answers in a month.

    It can take up to 8 weeks to Europe, so it could be a while longer before you receive your package.

    Missing items in my shipped order [issue-34438]
    Hi there, expecially Bonnie for replying me in middle august.

    Are there any clue or any good news about my order?

    I'll resume the situation.
    On 17th April I've placed an order of 4 Items, 2 games and 2 gadgets.
    The order number is: #600060389914240 with this items ordered:
    - Tales of Monkey Island Deluxe Edition
    - Tales of Monkey Island Drinking Vessel
    - Sam & Max Season Two Collector's DVD
    - Sam & Max Crossbone T-Shirt

    Actually on 14th July was shipped to me the package that arrived the 13th of August.
    Unfortunately was shipped only the T-Shirt but not the other items. So I've contacted the customer service for some help and explanations.
    On the package envelope and on the shipping sheet inside it there's written that has been shipped only the T-Shirt. If needed I should scan the envelope and the shipping sheet.

    I hope that it's all ok. But I'm almost concerned for any problem happened.
    Please give me a clue of this all and inform me on when the other items are planned to be shipped.

    This was the content of 2 mails sent to the Customer Service that have never recived an answer. I hope this is due to the Junk Filter.

    Hi; I have been waiting since Sep 18 to hear back from y'all on issue-35590. (I posted this in another post also - I am not sure where to post it!) I need the activation codes for monkey island (I bought all 5 games) & instructions how to get the game bundle running.

    I sure hope to hear friom y'all sooner or later!

    I received an initial response on issue 35020, but never received a response to my followup question:

    I am trying to use a $20 Telltale gift card from PAX to purchase Sam and Max season 3. When I put the item into the cart, it comes up with a price of $19.95 ($34.95 with a $15 discount applied.) If I then attempt to enter the code off the gift card, it removes the built-in $15 discount and applies the $20 gift card code in its place to the original $34.95 price, showing that I still owe $15. Is there something else I need to do to order this?

    I think that the 20$ Gift are not cumulative with other offers, in this case the 15$ Discount. All the offers in all shops (expecially not-online shops) works in this matter.

    On September 19th, I informed Telltale Support that I'd like to put a $100 order -- if only the loose shop would let me do so. Please let me know, Telltale, if I should save my nerves waiting for your answer and give the $100 someone else who appreciates my money.

    I bought the full TOMI season some time ago and was planning on getting the Deluxe DVD later, but then it disappeared from the shop. So I ordered the standard DVD instead, along with some other stuff (order Id 600072191793648).
    But now that the Deluxe edition is back I want that one instead! And since the above mentioned order has not shipped yet, I sent an e-mail on 1st September (issue-34845) to support, asking if the order could be changed.
    18th September I sent another one (issue-35596). Still no answer to any of them.
    Now I am a bit worried that the order will ship with the standard DVD, and that I will have to buy the whole season again to get the Deluxe DVD.

    Hello,
    I sent an e-mail about 5 days ago and was given the number 'issue-35951' in an automated response. I haven't heard back since. I bought a series that I was going to give as a gift to my brother (I already bought the entire series myself) but when I was checking out I didn't see any box for marking it as a gift. I didn't realize it just gets attached to your account and now I have double of all my games and no way to give it to my brother. Is there a way to fix this. I don't need two copies of everything this was supposed to be a birthday gift.

    I think that the 20$ Gift are not cumulative with other offers, in this case the 15$ Discount. All the offers in all shops (expecially not-online shops) works in this matter.

    I was under the impression that this would function as a gift card (since I actually paid $20 for the code) rather than a coupon, which apparently isn't the case. As is, it basically makes the whole thing useless, since I could have just paid $20 in the first place and gotten the games without the hassle.

    Still haven't received a response on this issue, by the way.

    Hey there Telltale, you guys were really quick getting me the manual unlock codes for Sam & Max Season 1 when I bought it, then again with S&M Season 2 later on. However, I emailed you on the 2nd about getting the unlock codes for Season 3 and I still haven't heard anything. Have I slipped through the cracks??

    I had a question about using Jack Keane, I have no response or a ticket generated, this is what I got from email in response to the email I sent to support@telltalegames.
    I am stuck currently in the game as Amanda (girl pirate) and when I try to go back into the jungle I get an error code EnterIActor_Village_Jungle_leaveto_cliff_descname. I am guessing this is some coding and its not allowing me to proceed further. :confused:

    greaaaaaaaaaaaaaat. no response. via email or on here. I have read receipt so I know @ least they red the receipt. they did fix the code for the season 2 freebie for S&M so that was good. othewise Jack Keane sits alone and not played...

    Did you check the Deck13 forum? After all, Deck13 made the game, not Telltale...

    It first showed up as English for me, but I found out that I could switch to German here:

    without having to do anything but change the value in the drop down menu. It doesn't seem to want to let me switch back to English though, so maybe you have to register to be able to do that.
