    It's been a while, but I never received feedback on an order I placed but didn't receive completely (and short of frustratedly emailing many times, didn't exactly know what to do, and became lazy after a while). The issue number assigned is [issue-33884]. This was after an initial issue [issue-28543] was also left unanswered (with many followup emails from my side requesting information).

    Am really loving the games, but why have an email support if there are never any replies. Hope to hear soon about my issue. Would like my faith restored a bit, because I'm really looking forward to ordering BttF as well.

    You should check your spam folder, Bonnie did reply to you on July 28, 2010 5:04 pm. I'll resend it but it may end up in the trash again.

    Hi thanks for the quick reply. I do check my spam regularly, but it is of course entirely possible that I missed something. It do have @telltalegames.com marked as safe though, and get all the order-confirmations and newsletters and stuff without problems.

    Maybe a quirk in the spam-filter algorithms somewhere? I'll pay close attention to the spam folder in the coming few days to make sure I don't miss it again (it isn't in there yet though, but maybe now I'm just too impatient).

    Probably soon to ask but as the mail i received said the answer would come in one-two days, i thought i may start crying around here a bit =)
    Checked spam-folder everyday, nothing there...

    issue-36830, waiting for answer since some days (a week already?).

    I've sent you a question regarding a double/mismatched shipment I've received some days ago (issue-37453).
    I've yet not opened none of the two packages, and still I've no idea how to handle this weird situation (i.e. Should I send one backto you? send it to the other address printed...well, in both packages? )

    Hello I have a problem I have opened a ticket 37296 because I have ordered the sam and max collection and want the bonus dvds.
    The dvds were put in my cart but then I have removed one by mistake, so I have replyed and have become another ticket number 37317.
    So here another problem after this I have see the removed s&m 3 bonus dvd in my cart but not the dvds from season 1 & 2.
    Replyed again ticket number 37321, but after this I become no reaction from the support no items in my cart, no answer.
    After I have become no answers or reactions I have replyed again ticket 37425, but still nothing.
    After this I have buyed a another game from telltale SBCG4AP because the meet the players sale have ended at the 01.November. I have put the SBCG4AP dvd in my cart but removed later because the cart would be deleted when the S&M dvds are put in.
    I have already write Amy Lukima two pns but become no answer jet.
    I hope you can help me soon because I want to buy Merchandise and buy Poker Night at the Inventory to become discount and I only want to pay once shipping.

    I keep sending the email, i didn't get a confirmation reply for the email on the 3rd or the ones earlier today. I don't really understand what to do. I did get a confirmation for one i sent on the 2nd but i had sent the wrong name as i needed the code for chapter 2 not chapter 1 - and so nobody replied.
    On the 3rd i got a Delivery Status Notification for one of my emails, but i sent another which seemed to go through.
    I'm sending these emails to support@telltalegames.com i checked to make sure i was using the right email... so i think i am.

    So i finally got an email through - i had to use a different email address, im not sure if ive been blocked? but i still haven't received a response for an unlock code - issue 37595. It has only been a day since this one got through but i've been waiting for a week now for responses on others.

    I purchased the Adventure Bundle and received an email for the free Sam and Max Season 2 DVD. I placed my order but when I tried to pay with PayPal an error occurred which prevented PayPal from completing the transaction. I tried to reorder the S&M DVD but now my code is invalid.
