You should check your spam folder, Bonnie did reply to you on July 28, 2010 5:04 pm. I'll resend it but it may end up in the trash again.
Hi thanks for the quick reply. I do check my spam regularly, but it is of course entirely possible that I missed something. It do have @telltalegames.com marked as safe though, and get all the order-confirmations and newsletters and stuff without problems.
Maybe a quirk in the spam-filter algorithms somewhere? I'll pay close attention to the spam folder in the coming few days to make sure I don't miss it again (it isn't in there yet though, but maybe now I'm just too impatient).

I've sent you a question regarding a double/mismatched shipment I've received some days ago (issue-37453).
I've yet not opened none of the two packages, and still I've no idea how to handle this weird situation (i.e. Should I send one backto you? send it to the other address printed...well, in both packages? )
Hello I have a problem I have opened a ticket 37296 because I have ordered the sam and max collection and want the bonus dvds.
The dvds were put in my cart but then I have removed one by mistake, so I have replyed and have become another ticket number 37317.
So here another problem after this I have see the removed s&m 3 bonus dvd in my cart but not the dvds from season 1 & 2.
Replyed again ticket number 37321, but after this I become no reaction from the support no items in my cart, no answer.
After I have become no answers or reactions I have replyed again ticket 37425, but still nothing.
After this I have buyed a another game from telltale SBCG4AP because the meet the players sale have ended at the 01.November. I have put the SBCG4AP dvd in my cart but removed later because the cart would be deleted when the S&M dvds are put in.
I have already write Amy Lukima two pns but become no answer jet.
I hope you can help me soon because I want to buy Merchandise and buy Poker Night at the Inventory to become discount and I only want to pay once shipping.

I keep sending the email, i didn't get a confirmation reply for the email on the 3rd or the ones earlier today. I don't really understand what to do. I did get a confirmation for one i sent on the 2nd but i had sent the wrong name as i needed the code for chapter 2 not chapter 1 - and so nobody replied.
On the 3rd i got a Delivery Status Notification for one of my emails, but i sent another which seemed to go through.
I'm sending these emails to support@telltalegames.com i checked to make sure i was using the right email... so i think i am.

So i finally got an email through - i had to use a different email address, im not sure if ive been blocked? but i still haven't received a response for an unlock code - issue 37595. It has only been a day since this one got through but i've been waiting for a week now for responses on others.
