    We have to go through another 17 days until we find out when the 3DS is gonna release. It's like the wait between when it was announced last March and E3... and then the wait between E3 and September 28th... and then after that it'll be the wait between January 19th and release day...


    Man I wish I had a time machine right about now.

    Well 17 more days to go I guess.

    and today is the last day of my glorious holiday break, so I will have something to do at least.

    This is what I got for 'em - fossilised spinosaurus teeth. They're like 100 million years old.

    We're all pretty nerdy/sciency, so hopefully the boys will think these are as awesome as I do.

    I made a petition on Facebook to get the Banjo-Kazooie series ported to the PC through Steam or whatever other means. I mean the series is on the damn Xbox; it can be ported. I heard the only reason Rare hasn't already done it is because they're too lazy to map the controls! No one can tell me the 3D Oddworld games can be ported and the Banjo series can't. No one.

    The 3d Oddworlds can be ported to steam and Banjo series can't. :cool:
    Lets hope if they ever do put Banjo on Steam that they play test it longer then they did on Oddworld.

    Christmas and new year is now over and now I am back at work, up and being tired early in the morning. Ohh how I did not look forward to that. :p

    But in about 4 weeks I am going to England for 2 weeks, can't wait to spent some time with my Boyfriend. :)

    I find myself questioning just how desperate I am and to what lengths I'm willing to go to not to get sick. I already seem to have caught the bug from my mom, but I really don't want it to take hold. Well, there was this box of Emergen-C immune defense drink mixes upstairs I thought I'd try. My sister said they were nasty, but she exaggerates sometimes. So I mixed one in some water and immediately became concerned. It STUNK. "Well," I thought, "how bad could it possibly be?" The answer? BAD. That was the hardest six ounces I've ever had the misfortune to choke down, and what's worse, I keep smelling it when I exhale now.

    I'm pretty desperate for this cold not to take hold, but I don't think I'll ever be that desperate.

    Yep, I'm definitely sick now. Thankfully, it hasn't moved out of my sinuses yet (but give it time), and we had a box of lotion tissues around, so I don't have to wait until someone gets to the store and my nose is already raw to get those.

    Oh, and I'm getting nosebleeds on the right side, which kind of sucks when you're blowing your nose like crazy.
