Was sitting besides a guy who looked unbelievably like the Dude Lebowski! I asked if I can take a picture and he agreed!

Sorry for quoting myself, Thought it wasn't seen ...
He's attempting to woo one of the ladyfolk and is horrendously insecure about it. In that situation, you see, it's not.
I think that, given what I know of said lady (which admittedly is very little), she would most likely find it extremely hilarious and possibly ask for a hard copy.

That, or the fact that people whom I have sent my resume might peruse my profile. For what it's worth, I might actually show Lauren. She'd probably find it hilarious.

I'm Kirk because the original series is the best and always will be.
I strongly disagree. Granted, the even numbered Kirk movies are the best movies, but that's different than TOS shows.
I'd take both Picard over Kirk AND Patrick Stewart over William Shatner any day of the week.
[edit:] also, TNG has Data, Q and Worf.[/edit]
I did not, however, like the Original Series. Sure, I didn't watch them when they were originally aired; I didn't watch them when I was a kid and thereby create nostalgia for them either... whatever. All of the episodes seemed to be a rehash of the same 5 plots (with changes in the setting and minor support cast) with only a few exceptions. The other Star Trek shows are just better.
Separately, DS9 is a great series with wonderful characters and story but sometimes Avery Brooks' (Sisko's) lines sound a bit overacted, and I dislike that they injected the Far Beyond the Stars dimension into the plot of the season 7 premiere. Also, I don't understand the hate some people have for Voyager or Enterprise. I loved those shows.
I prefer pulp storylines, camp characters, fun acting, older special effects, 60s sound stage sets, and the crew of Kirk's enterprise to anything on display in any of the other shows.
I didn't say Janeway was my favorite captain, but that still doesn't resolve my confusion of why a lot of people seem to dislike Voyager.
And I can't stand campy characters and goofy plot contrivances. I detest the 60's Batman TV show. It was so stupid. I mean come on- Batman has a tragic past, he dresses as a bat to put fear into his enemies, he fights crime mostly at night, and he lives in a place called Gotham City. The Adam West show makes Batman into a stupid joke.

Also, I hated the Batman & Robin movie and the only redeeming quality that Batman Forever has is that Jim Carrey is an awesome Riddler. Having street gangs that wear phosphorescent makeup at night, mobsters that attach neon lighting to their gun cartridges, and a Two-Face that cackles and obviously has purple plastic on his face is so damn campy it's insulting.
Im re watching the King Piccolo saga. I don't know if its the dub or if it happend in the original as well but King Piccolo only wished for his youth back not eternal youth. Yet latter its refered as eternal youth and Piccolo Junor shares the effects of it.
I missed the Star Trek discussion . For the record, TNG>TOS, all the time. No matter what. Also, I may/may not only care about Bashir from Deep Space 9.

Feel free to continue it. Star Trek is my favorite franchise.
In TNG, Data is by far the most expressive character. He WANTS to have emotions, which is far greater than anyone else on the crew, Picard especially, deigns to even consider.
I suppose the recurring character Q also counts, though he stole all his characterization from Trelane.

I think each character on TNG is expressive and more then a stereotype, aside from Tasha Yar (who we can all pretend only exists so we know when we're in the past/in alternate universe instead of silly beard) and Troi (argh). Worf and Riker are pretty close to stereotypes, but I can't hate on them.

But Trelane had a computer doing the work for him. Q does not.
Actually, the book Q-Squared characterizes Trelane himself as a young Q, and that John DeLancie's Q has been assigned to mentor him.
I love Picard. He's a much more compelling character than Kirk. He's very private yet highly adventurous (so much so that he only gets fulfillment out of his vacations when they are rudely interrupted by thieves and smugglers), and he approaches the circumstances that occur around him from a diplomatic and intellectual perspective. The crew has great respect for him and have even been known, in unfavorable circumstances, to ask each other "what would Picard do?" Also, Patrick Stewart owns himself as the character of Picard.

I really liked that book, it's been too long since I read it. In fact, I should go dig my Star Trek books out of the boxes...

You know what this photo is missing? A coin flipping in the air!
Yes! And Quark's awesome sense of fashion!
Also, this is TOTALLY YOU, ICEDHOPE!

You sure this isn't profile material? XD

Spoken like a true Ferengi.
See, Dashing? I was right!
Come on. I didn't mean it like that.
Fawful did, and that's what counts.
I suppose so.

As far as Voyager...

Win, abosolutely win.

You've been judged.
Campy Batman is bad. You know who made the first campy Batman? Andy Warhol, less an artist and more a troll. I think I made my point.
Yes I do!
Hehehe, I love it! You two made me laugh after a cruddy day
Glad to have been of service. Now if you'll excuse me, I've got to go and track down a man with six fingers on his right hand.

I love that episode. Makes me want to re-watch all of DS9 yet again, though maybe skipping ahead to the end of season 2.

On a different subject, I think Quark is a big Edwin Starr fan.
