You forget the part where he acted like a jerk and started hurling abuse at guru, seemingly unprovoked. In that instance, the way I see it, guru was simply saying he agreed with Daishi's view, and then Fawful exploded. Even asking to be banned.
Don't get me wrong, I like the guy, but he didn't go out all saint-like like your post gives the impression of. And it's not a ban, it's a suspension, which isn't nearly as bad.

Know the best part? Unless I harass them incessantly, and probably even if I do, they get to keep the shipping charges, then charge me again IF they feel that the damage was indeed their fault! Shipping charges that I can't pony up again!
