Next up is the tale of two men whom rescued a lion cub from the cruel confines of a zoo's cage and raised the cub as their own. Eventually, the (now adult) lion was released into a natural habitat and set free. After some time, the two men missed the lion and went to visit.
It was not known how the lion would react to seeing them again. It was not even known whether the lion would recognise it's former keepers.
So I've finished with Assassin's Creed for now, I'm bored, and I don't know what to do next. So I'll let you guys decide.

So I can pretty easily run a half marathon weekly, now. The problem is pushing myself to the 20 mile limit. I'm taking a break from working out for a little while to do a ten day juice fast and 'detox'.
You should get a copy of Final Fantasy VII and play that.
As you might have noticed, I've got quite enough games to deal with, without buying new ones. Also, I don't own a system that can play Final Fantasy VII. My PSP doesn't count because I don't want to update the firmware.
Yep, posting around this time of night is always a pain. You let the page sit there, trying to post, and even though the page doesn't load, the post still goes through. And then goes through again. Sometimes three times. Isn't the forum downtime fun?
Even though the format is similar, the direction of the module has change completely.
Only one topic really seems similar to last year, which is absence management.
Which is the first one I'm going to work on.
(Its a group work, and I would only have to do one topic out of 4, but I think that if I do work on all 4 this week, then when it comes to it, I can just pick the one no-one else wants to do, tweak it up a little (or finish it if I haven't got that far yet), and give it to the others. Then work on the design a bit)
Since I still have access to all my previous modules' resources, I started by reading all the materials on the subject.
Taking notes and references from those.
Then I plan on doing some extra research around the topic, build a portfolio that answers all the parts, then compress to fit.
If I find out I have to change parts of it based on the new materials, then I can just go back and tweak.
If I can get this part under definite control, then I can focus my attentions on the 3rd year subject and the tougher 2nd year module, (which was made easier due to the switch to group work, and the reflective part remaining the same, so for the second part I can just go back to the old module, take the explanation of the task there, and then apply it to this. In fact I might already start working on that once I do enough of this first assignment).
So I've finished with Assassin's Creed for now, I'm bored, and I don't know what to do next. So I'll let you guys decide.
I'd recommend one of the following...
* Yoshi's Island DS - I'm assuming you've never played the game on any format, such as SNES or GBA. Otherwise you might be best off giving a new experience a shot instead. Classic game though.
* Psychonauts - A great game, not so much in terms of actual gameplay (which though decent, can be pretty frustrating at times) but in terms of story, characters and the general game world. Basically, it's the usual and brilliant Schafer experience.
* Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic - Arguably the greatest Star Wars game ever made and one of the best RPGs ever made. The game that the Star Wars prequels should have been.
* Fallout - I've not actually played the first two Fallout games yet but I hear great things about them and it only seems right that given you've got the opportunity, you should start with the original before moving on to New Vegas, which is a great game itself, although as you might expect... it's full of bugs (and not just the radioactive kind).
* The Longest Journey - One. Of. The. Greatest. Adventure. Games. Of. All. Time... Sublime.
* Broken Sword - Beautiful, gorgeous and outstanding graphics complement an intriguing plot. All wrapped up with some well designed puzzles (well, except that one infamous goat puzzle).
Most of the other games listed are good as well. With the exception of the following, which in my opinion aren't much cop...
* Sonic Unleashed - Awful game! Or at least partially awful depending on the level you're playing.
* Super Mario 64 (Virtual Console version or DS version) - Play the virtual Console version, the DS version's control's are horrendous. Although the DS version does contain some really fun mini-games.
* Runaway, A Road Adventure - It's a gorgeous game to look at but the puzzles are often illogical, with far too much pixel hunting. Plus, the characters are downright irritating. Having said that, the game certainly has it's fans so maybe you'll enjoy it more than I did.

You should play Trine. In addition to being the most gorgeous platformer I've ever played, it's a really fun game and isn't also isn't a huge time sink (I think I finished in about five or six hours...tops. And I'm horrible at platformers).
A strong argument to be sure, but have you ever considered that Wakka, Wakka, Wakka might also be true? I once witnessed a Wakka, being Wakked by way of a giant Wakka. Those tragic and disturbing days of past, I shall never forget.
Wakka, Wakka, Wakka.

I have this strange urge to abandon what I'm currently building in The Sims 3, reinstall RCT3, and create various custom scenarios in an effort to see if I can design compelling game play scenarios....
...too bad part of me knows nobody will play those scenarios...
EDIT:...Oh, goodie, one of my facebook friends who is studying game design told me I should play new games instead of these old titles. You know what would help? If I had a job so I can upgrade my shit so I can actually PLAY Bastion. It's bad enough he teases me because TF2 doesn't support WinXP. *sigh*
7,954th day of all "edible things I can get my hands on that seem like a good idea to eat at the time" diet.
Also known as the see-food diet. I like that diet. Unfortunately, it doesn't account for all the foods that you cannot see because...say...your refrigerator's empty and you really don't want to go out in the rain to get more food.
I decided to start playing minecraft (classic) again! I spent an hour and a half building an awesome castle, but when I went to save it to my hard disk, nothing happened. It would come up with the file browser thing, where I could choose the location and name and stuff, but after I clicked save, it would disappear, without creating a file. I then tried opening my old save in another window, but that didn't work either. Same issue (I can find the file, but when I click open, nothing happens.)
Huh, turns out that even if I did reinstall RCT3 and created custom scenarios with compelling game play, I have no way to share it. Thanks, MegaUpload for reminding me why I stopped using you for all my files-sharing needs.

Nah, I tried to make a difference in writing style more evident but it was difficult.
I have considered it... not sure it'll mix with the super strong antibiotics though...
Love love love this video... everytime I watch it I cry, even though I know what'll happen...
That'll just make you all the more drunk, it's all good.*
* It's most probably not all good and I do not condone reckless drinking... I just do it!

Genius! It looks just like him, in a twisted kind of a way.
Hehe
I should've done it today since I didn't go into work - tomorrow I'm in charge of 50 school kids at the movies so I'd better not...
Just share the bottle around. After all, kid's don't need much to get wasted and it will teach them a good lesson on the value of sharing.
