I dunno. I thought Home Movies was kind of dull. I wish Korgoth of Barbaria had gotten picked up.
  • edited December 2011
I enjoyed Home Movies, but I enjoyed Mission Hill way more. Korgoth was amazing too. I meant to watch that every day a new episode was out and waited and waited and eventually realized it was just a huge tease.

I feel that they put the Sam and Max animated series on the wrong network at the wrong time. If they had stuck with Steve's original vision of the characters from the comics and made it for adults with all the guns and violence intact, oh and completely cut certain irritating characters *cough* the geek *cough*, I feel like they would have AT LEAST 5 seasons by now. It needs a revival on [as]

So the last class in Guild Wars 2 is going to be the Mesmer, no surprise there. All of us already knew for months.

It's raining and windy as hell outside, front of my legs is dry while the back is damp.
I don't mind the cold and the wet, but I hate hard winds...

I really don't want to work today and the new intern is kinda annoying. Bad thing about it I already know him from school and he was even annoying there.

Under 2 weeks until my Christmas vacation, I can almost already feel the big hug I am going to get from my Boyfriend at the airport.

A few things on my mind there, mostly I focus on just 1.

Law & Order: Legacies is the first TTG game Iv been really excited about since Sam and Max session 3. I can't wait to play it it looks awesome with all my fave characters in it and multiple endings based on how you feel about the defendant.

That's cool. I'm glad someone's got an adventure game to look forward to. Sam & Max: Season 3 was the last Telltale game I played to completion and Tales of Monkey Island was the last Telltale game that I truly cared about.

Looking at their upcoming catalogue, there's really nothing for me to get excited about. I haven't even bothered with Jurassic Park, after getting half way through Back to the Future and being bored to tears by it's non-gameplay.

For the first time in my life, I'm starting to think that the adventure genre is dead to me. Don't get me wrong; I'll always replay and have a place in my heart for the absolute classics (Monkey Island, Day of the Tentacle, The Longest Journey etc.), but I'm not sure I've even got enough interest in todays adventure games.

I'm not sure if it's the change from wonderful, hand-drawn 2D art to 3D, or the dumbed down puzzles, or the episodic content as opposed to long, epic stories. I don't know, maybe I'm just tired of life and getting far too cynical in my old age.:(

... Jeez McGeez! All of that just from a post of Coolsome saying he's looking forward to Law & Order! Sorry about that Coolsome, I'm just venting.

Hehe that's ok its the whatevers on your mind thread after all :p. The only games I got since Sam and Max where Hector (which I loved) but iv never been into the movies JP or BTTF so I didn't get the games. The Law and Order game apparently has multiple endings based on how you handle the case which is sort of like Heavy Rain with its mutple endings on how you play.

OMG! I recorded wwe cos I couldn't be bothered to stay up and just as it was ending and I was bearly paining attention and then there was a huge explsion and my fave wrester Kane returned with his old theme and a huge mask and came in the ring and chokeslamed that bastard John Cena and took off his big mask to reveal the iconic half mask he used to wear.

After an extended period of being moody and dull, I'm finally in good spirits today (perhaps Cockerel's birthday celebration cheered me up). As I'm on form, I decided to write a couple of hilarious (well, probably not hilarious but hopefully amusing) posts in the Elder Scrolls thread.

I've also updated my signature with an amusing (well, not amusing but hopefully adequate) quote I came up with. Actually, Fat Rab from Consolevania inspired the use of the phrase "bummed in the gob"* but the rest of the adequate text is all mine (well, not adequate but bloody awful).
    bender-smoking.jpg
    "I'm back baby."
"Well at least until my extra strong medication wears off!"
"By my estimate, that'll be September next year."

The best cartoon ever was Home Movies, and it died too early.
I enjoyed Home Movies, but I enjoyed Mission Hill way more.

You're all losers on the cartoon front because you all decided to live in the wrong part of the world. Idiots. Anyways, the greatest cartoon hands down was Count Duckula. The reasons are as follows:

    A. The main voice actor, Sir David Jason was knighted. That means he's a knight with a sword and can chop your head off.

    B. Humour for six years olds and 36 year olds in spades.

    C. The narrator narrated the Broken Sword 1 & 2 trailers and the opening to Iron Maidens 'Number of the Beast'

    D. Because I said it. Me, JedExodus.

    PS. Duckula.

@InsaneForCelebs Also One Direction will fade into nothing within the next 5 years.

    1D & JB forever! ♥ @InsaneForCelebs
@SuperMeatBoy animal testing should be done on prisoners or meat eaters! & ONE DIRECTION will never die,as they have the most dedicated fans

    Team Meat @SuperMeatBoy

Yeah, but why should it be limited to only meat eaters and prisoners? That will limit the results!

EDIT: Oh, wait, that would leave out all of PETA. Nevermind.
