The Wolf Among Us is a point-and-click adventure game, where the player, in control of the protagonist Bigby Wolf, can move about the environment and examine and interact with other characters or objects. It is similar to Telltale's previous game, The Walking Dead, in that the player may make choices in their actions or through conversation trees that will influence future events in the story, including events in future episodes
Fahrenheit, Heavy Rain, Beyond: Two Souls, Bioware games: Dragon Age, Mass Effect, Baldur's Gate; Witcher, To The Moon, Bioshock series, Hotline Miami, Bastion, Fallout 3;
If your looking for zombie/post apocalyptic games with an amazing story than the obvious choice is. The Last of Us. It's a brilliant game. If your looking for point and click that's not Telltale, than Heavy Rain.
You may like this game called, "I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream." It's a physiologic horror game that is very story intensive. It is a point and click game like, "Telltale's Walking Dead." Your choices in game change the outcome of the story depending on your actions. This is somewhat of a cult classic, and I feel like very few people have heard of this game. If you are a fan of Telltale games you would most likely enjoy this game. Basically, this game will satisfy your craving if you want a horror video game that focuses on the story and personal choices. This might not be a good choice if you like the "Telltale's Walking Dead" solely for the zombies, because there are none. Also, the psychological horror element is a little intense for the faint of heart. Read about the game, or look up a play through on Youtube to see the style if you're curious. I'm honestly surprised this game isn't brought up more when people talk about their love for the Walking Dead.

I'd love to hear more good suggestions.
Life is Strange, but no zombies tho..

There is always Telltale's other games of course and the Mass Effect series has a choice and consequence system as well.
