@T3Knical5urg3 I apologize for the delayed response. After looking over your Support Tool information, it seems that your computer is running below the minimum system requirements to run the game successfully. Where we require a minimum of 512mb of dedicated memory, your computer is currently running at 32mb of dedicated memory. Your computer uses an integrated Intel graphics card, which we do not recommend using for our game, as they tend to run under minimum specs. I recommend either trying to update your current graphics card's drivers to the latest version, and see if you are able to play, or try playing the game on a computer above minimum system requirements if you have the ability to.

I have updated my graphics drivers, directx, ensured that I am running in 32 bit mode, yet I have never been able to successfuly start the g

I have tried everything listed on here and its still not working. I played about an hour of the game so I know I can run it, it just started getting the error when i tried to change the video settings

Please make sure that your graphics card's drivers are updated to the latest version, then restart the game, and see if your issue is resolved. If you still experience the error message, please also install and run the DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer to make sure Direct X is auto updated to the latest version, and you should then be able to start the game successfully.

If you tried to change the video/graphics settings, and you are now experiencing the issue, you may need to uninstall the game, and delete your file directory of the game in

    C:\Users\YOURNAME\Documents\Telltale Games\The Walking Dead

Then reinstall the game, and you should not experience the issue again.

My apologies, it appears that your file you uploaded is no longer available to view. If you are experiencing this particular issue, please install and run the DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer to make sure Direct X is auto updated to the latest version, and you should then be able to start the game.

My sincere apologies, unfortunately after looking over your Support Tool information, it seems that your computer is running below the minimum system requirements to run the game successfully. Where we require a minimum of 512mb of dedicated memory and 2.0 GHz processing speed, your computer is currently running at 0mb of dedicated memory and 900MHz of processing speed. I recommend try playing the game on a computer above minimum system requirements if you have the ability to, or contacting our Support Staff for a refund if you purchased the game from our website. You can do this by sending an email to Support@Telltalegames.com. If you purchased the game from a third-party retailer, please contact them for further assistance regarding refunds, or refund requests.

If you were not able to resolve your issue by installing and running the DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer to make sure Direct X is auto updated to the latest version, after looking over your Support Tool information, it does not appear that your computer's graphics card has the required dedicated memory for you to successfully run the game. Where we require a minimum of 512mb, your graphics card is currently using 0mb of dedicated memory. I recommend also try updating your graphics card's drivers to the latest version to see if you are then able to play.

It appears that the processor on your particular computer has a processor that starts at 1.6 GHz, and has the option to 'Turbo Boost' to 2.6 GHz. Please note that in order to run the game successfully, we require a minimum of 2.0 GHz from a processor. Can you please clarify if you have the setting on your computer set so that it uses the maximum GHz possible?

@dzikrul After looking over your Support Tool information, the game doesn't seem to be installed on your main C:\ drive. Can you please clarify if you are playing the Steam version of the game, or the Telltale Games version of the game? Also, do you have the game installed to a secondary drive connected to your computer?

Then try starting the game, and see if you are able to play the game successfully.

If the issue persists, please install and run the DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer to make sure Direct X is auto updated to the latest version, and you should then be able to start the game.
