I think Tell Tale is done...

  • I wish people would stop complaining. This episode was GREAT, and we barely had to wait any time for it. I can't remember how long it took because it just flew by. Telltale want to ensure that each episode is decent, and you can't just expect all of them to be out within a week. It takes longer than that to animate the game and blah. Please, it is not necessary to moan.
  • It should take priority over TOB & GOT but not over Wolf Among us. Which was not only released before season two but also announced before season one and shelved at the time because of it.

I agree that Borderlands and Game of Thrones should not have been conceived until The Walking Dead is already finished. I think TWD should t

  • I don't think a GoT game is a waste of time, I think it'll be one of the best games they've ever created.

nah, I think GOT is a waste of time. if they worked on twd only I thinks it would be better for all of us. MY opinion

  • It really wouldn't. Repeated seasons would just become stale and the quality would drop over time. They should be developing multiple games at the same time however they should definitely be taking on and developing games based on other licenses.

  • I don't mind waiting, and the episode was good. But it's just not at the quality of Season 1. And super awesome Season 1 is the reason many people are playing this season at all, so I think Telltale has big shoes to fill but is not really filling it.

  • Telltale? Done? LOL, not happening. Say what you want, complain all you like, some can be valid, even, but TT is not going down. They have both the press and the majority of the fans on their side with both of their current series right now, and their upcoming projects sound promising enough.
  • Wait, 4 series?

I know TWD and TWAU, but what else is there?

Yet they can afford to work on 4 series at once... :/

  • for some reason people are under the impression that Telltale are putting large teams on Game of Thrones and Tales from the Borderlands right now..

  • Walking Dead actually pretty much re-did the whole way that Telltale approaches their games though. With the whole choices thing.

They were already at that level with Sam & Max. Walking Dead just gave them more awareness.

Not done. They are a good developer who makes good games. The keyword is games. The new trend towards interactive novel, 90 minute episodes is not something I support though. #BringBackTheGamePlay.
  • Well.. i think this episode was a masterpiece! real and brutal, like Kirkman's universe has to be.
  • I agree with you sir.

I don't have a problem with long waiting times between episodes IF those episodes are good. And frankly, they are not as great as I was expecting. Biggest problem is that each episode is an hour shorter than the S1 episodes. Because of that there's way less dialogues, less character development, the story is rushed, and choices that in most cases doesn't matter at all. All this makes me very sad because I consider TWD S1 to be the best game of all time.

But no, Telltale is definitely not done, the game is still really good, they just need to get back to the way they made Season 1, that's all.

Yeah, I thought Tales of the Borderlands was getting made next year.

    Or maybe they meant released...

But I have no clue what's the plan for Game of Thrones; not all that interested to be honest.

I don't get why people are bitching about this episode I though it was great.

  • I'm pretty sure that the first episode for both are releasing Q4 2014, and they do probably have small teams working on them (or at least TftB, since they have screenshots for it and stuff), but the majority of their staff is probably working on TWD and TWAU.

  • I do wish it was longer and that you could interact with people, but nope, they kept it short(I guess they wanted sleep and to go home like

Writer whose name I forgot:maybe we should have hubs and 400 days convos

Everyone also:nope,I'm tired, let's get this over with so. Can leave and sleep)
  • Seeing as they haven't actually shown us anything from their Game of Thrones game, I sort of doubt that they even have much work done on it at all yet. For all we know, they're still doing casting for the voices.

I loved ep 3, but with the time they wasted on stuff like Game Of Moans they could've made it 10 times better.

"I dunno what the fuck your sayin', but it's bullshit."

Can't you just be grateful? This was a hell of an episode! I think it was a bit too fast paced.. But still very good. They're a bit too overwhelmed with projects, but i think they'll do just great. I can't wait for Game of Thrones.
  • The length of ep3 seemed the same as any other episode as well as the wait in-between. Telltale has always done it like this, where have you been?
  • To an extent but as the choices don't really effect the game that deeply there isn't really much change.
