Really hope u fix that quickly, because I bought a season pass, which means I can only download the game from the menu in the game, which I cannot do if I go offline. (For the season pass if I download episode 5 from the Xbox market I'll have to pay for what I already paid for...)

Yes, this is one way of disconnecting from the internet. You can also simply unplug the Ethernet cable from the back of your console, and you will be able to play the game successfully.

Your comment caused a chain of events that made me find out that my xbox receives internet directly from the wifi of my neighbor's router and not from the wifi adapter I use to leech his internet (he's okay with it) on my PC. To think until tonight I used to live in false beliefs and probably misconceptions about wifi adapters.

However, being that you live in France, and you are an Xbox user, Episode 5 will be available to you 8/27/2014 at some point during the mid morning hours, if not earlier. In America, the episodes usually arrive during the mid morning hours instead of something a bit more efficient like midnight or a short time after. I'm sure it's worth the wait though.

Good show. Thanks for being the first staff member I've been addressed by, being that I just joined the telltale community and all. As much as I'd love to ask questions, I'm sure your job is quite hectic at the moment. However, I must say thanks for giving a college kid a good episodic game to enjoy in his free time.

I heard for some other posts that disconnecting your wifi may help.

Really hope u fix that quickly, because I bought a season pass, which means I can only download the game from the menu in the game, which I cannot do if I go offline. (For the season pass if I download episode 5 from the Xbox market I'll have to pay for what I already paid for...)

I went offline but now it's asking me to unlock episode 1 even tho I have a season pass and downloaded all previous episodes. What is this about???
