Unless a treatment to cure someone of being a zombie, and then using advanced stem cell technology to rebuild his body he's pretty much toast. And that would be if you left him handcuffed, and didn't blow him away.

Lee slips into a coma, and appears dead when Clem leaves (if she didn't shoot him). After a couple days his fever breaks, and he wakes up. He's exhausted, and dehydrated. It takes him several hours but he's able to free himself of the handcuffs. He's barely alive when he finds a group of survivors who nurse him back to health. Once he's healthy he starts his search for Clementine.

My theory is: some organizations have the cured of zombie and on the mission to save the as much people as they can! so they met lee save that guy. then lee join that organizations, many year after that while he with his teammate on the mission and he hear a gunshot, he run to there and he saw blood a lot, then he searching around a while then he saw clementine with kenny and blood, End of season 2! shocking !!!

Your assuming that Lee got bit by the zombie, in the revised edition, he wasn't bit, he scratched himself on the zombie's clothes or hand. Clementine misses Lee by a inch, see how easy that was. Kenny's situation was WAY WAY worse than Lee.

Lee's death was the greatest plot point of the entire two games so far. Bringing him back would completely ruin it. He got a second chance… more at a free life and used it saving Clementine, that would mean nothing if he was still alive.
Not to mention it's ridiculous to think he survived. He was bit and it was clearly effecting him. There has yet to be anyone shown to have immunity and clearly Lee didn't have immunity to the virus anyways.
So, in terms of reasoning for the writers to bring him back AND logical explanations, you're out of luck.

I think S2 is just Lee's dream. In the end if of Season 3's episode 5, clementine will die because of err,, something, and then instantly awakens Lee from his deep slumber inside the RV in season 1. Then, he's gonna say,
Lee: Clementine! We need to get outta here and fast!
Clem: What's wrong lee?
Lee: We're gonna die if we stay in this RV. Lilly's gonna steal it anyway. Come on clem!
Clem: Wait...How do you know all of this?
Then the camera zooms in slowly on lee's face, then.... boom. The screen went black..
I think if he was going to be alive, they'll do what they did with Mike between console generations. Mike apparently could be shot and killed by Clem when he's trying to leave with Bonnie. This was changed for the current gen consoles. They could just as easily go back and change it so Lee wasnt pale/infected, just weak from the lack of blood.. obviously if you cut his arm off and chose not to shoot (although Clem did close her eyes) but it would all depend on your choices, people who saved him will have him alive. He'll never see Clementine again though, he could just start a new group and chill out somewhere. Maybe he did! We're not following him simply because that story is over now. lol.

Well I already created a theory about Lee a few months ago, and had a very long nice discussion, but as I know you will be too bored to go l… moreooking for it so I'll copy paste:
I have to say this. When Lee got bitten if you didn't cut his arm he starts having black outs and dies anyway but if you cut of his arm he doesn't have any black outs, so this means that the arm was cut in time, in the final scene Lee was very tired but he wasn't sweating of the fewer so this means he wasn't dying by the infection, maybe he was dying from blood loss, anyways in the end if you shoot him just before the shot Clementine turns the gun so that means maybe she didn't kill him or if you don't shoot him you see that he died BUT maybe he didn't die, maybe he just slept because he wasn't dying from the infection, he was tired but not dying, so there's what I think: Lee slept, got rested and survived and he could return one day, maybe not in episode 3 or 4, maybe… [view original content]
