About that little girl Lee is with.

There is something I never quite understood in episode 3 of season 1 on the train when Lee is sat next to that little girl who he is with all the time, while they are looking at the map of Savannah. She is wanting to find her parents and that if they find her parents she say's to Lee "Is it ok if I tell them?" then you are given the choice of something like "No now c'mon that's not a good idea" or "Yeah Sure" and once you give either answer there is nothing else said about it.

So what I don't get is what the hell the little girl is wanting to tell her parents exactly? It must be something to do with Lee but it is never clear what that is.

  • Nobody bothered to reply.

  • I think she's asking if its ok if she tells them he murdered someone but im not sure.

  • That's a good question. Would like to find out too.

  • I thought that too but when you say "Yeah sure" Lee say's it in a happy manner not like in a sad sorry way.

I think she's asking if its ok if she tells them he murdered someone but im not sure.

  • What's so hard about typing "Clementine"?

  • Yeah it is about Lee murdering someone, because if you don't tell it to her back at the trailer park, he tells it to her right before this conversation.

  • I think Clem meant Lee's past, that is, you know, murder.

  • I never understood why Lee never let her listen to the answering message,

I think she's asking if its ok if she tells them he murdered someone but im not sure.

  • Do you seriously not know her name?

  • Maybe it's a reference to another thread "About Katjaa's husband...".

What's so hard about typing "Clementine"?

  • Probably because it was traumatic.

  • I know, those were her parents last words to her and she never got to hear them. I guess it would have messed her up pretty bad though.

  • Lol, that's interesting, seeing how we're playing as her in S2

  • The moral compass might have been asking if the senator's murderer would be okay with her leaving his group in order to be with her gene donors.

  • Who's this Clementine you speak of?

  • You know what would of been interesting, if Clementine somehow got a hold of that answering machine tape, and she starts listening it, over and over and over again just to hear her mom's voice.

  • Especially that last message when she's telling her that she loves her. Although I could see that turning her slowly insane.

  • I'm the one who keeps down voting you. I'm like the big super troll on here for down voting, yes it's me who down votes everyone no matter how good or bad their posts are. It's me! I'm the one who is responsible for it.

  • Why I want there to be some way that Clem makes it back to her old house and sees those... though the phone most likely wouldn't work anymore, unless it took batteries.

I think she's asking if its ok if she tells them he murdered someone but im not sure.

  • I thought she was asking if she could tell her parents about Lee's past

It's a reference to the "About Katjaa's husband" thread. I for one am finding this new trend hilarious.

  • I believe she wanted to tell her parents ABOUT the plans she and Lee made regarding what happens upon their arrival in Savannah. That's all that makes sense to me, anyway.

  • Isn't it a fruit? Why are we talking about fruits all of a sudden? I think we've gone off at a tangerine; let's get back on topic.

    Get it? Tangent, tangerine?

    ... I'll show myself out.

  • She wants to tell her parents that they are on they're way to Savannah.

  • I always wondered about this question Clementine asks and many people here bring up good answers. Any response is odd, because Clem can say "you can't tell me what to do" :( , "I'm sure my parents will be okay with it, promise" (something like that), or Lee saying "yeah, sure" and the topic will never be discussed again. What she was talking about I never knew and it just left me confused.

  • Of course, you're lucky I like Shane

  • It's something that has never really been discussed until now!

  • This answer is so funny and disturbing at the same time.

The orphan that Lee meets wants to tell her parents that Lee was her protector

  • she wanted to "pretend" to tell them the plan in the walkie talkie

  • Its not about Lee's past its about her knowing how to shoot a gun. Because she recently learned it and seemed really excited

  • It seems that it is implied that she was speaking of Lee's past, but it could also be about the experiences the group has undergone.
