We have Bonnie, Mike, Luke, Kenny, Rebecca's baby and Clementine. So rank 6 to 1; 6 is the one whose death would least sadden you, and 1 is the one whom you want to have alive the most (by the end).
For me:

Well, we got to know everyone else. The baby just came in Episode 4, I want everyone to survive, but that ain't gonna happen.

I expect both Clem and the baby to live through the episode and meet up with an alive Christa. But as for who I want to survive, it goes:

6 - Kenny - I love Kenny, but what does he have to live for after the baby dies? He should be in boat heaven with Katjaa, Sarita, Duck and his boat.
5 - Luke - Well kind of for the same reason as Kenny, i put Luke lower down since he's younger and has a little more to live for.
4 - Baby - I dont want the baby to die, but it could cost lives to keep it alive at the same time.
3 - Mike - Telltale, please, not all urbans must die.
2 - Bonnie -
I know Telltale is going to kill her off, i really like Bonnie and Mike ;(
1 - Clementine - No, just no dont even think about it Telltale.

EDIT: To avoid the torrent of dislikes from Luke fans, I do not want him to die, but should I have to choose someone, I would reluctantly have him die.

Really, Kenny being in "boat heaven" with Sarita and Katjaa? That drama I'd love to see. Thought this was Walking Dead not the Maury/Jerry Springer shows.
Edit: Just realized that he was referring to afterlife and not a hypothetical real-world heaven, but my comment still stands. Maybe in heaven Kenny can have both his life's loves loyal to him. That polygamy tho.
I feel really bad for this... but uh, here.
Disclaimer that I would feel sad at anyone's deaths. Like, even if they're rated at only a 6 I'd probably be very sad.
6 - Luke (I don't hate Luke at all, I just would rather he die than Mike or Bonnie.)
5 - Kenny (Same with Luke - don't hate him. I'd just choose him to die other them, or the baby. Also, Kenny has been a favorite of mine for a while - I think he deserves some rest after all he's been through.)
4 - Mike (Do NOT want Mike to die, but I'd rather he die than Bonnie because I'm getting romantic feeling vibes from him towards her, and I think he'd be very sad if she died and he didn't.)
3 - Bonnie (Love her. Don't want her to die at all, if possible. She's a good sister figure to Clem also!)
2 - The baby (Seeing another little [child] die might just do me in. I know the world is harsh but I'd like for the baby to survive.)
1 - Clementine (No brainer.)
Also, this depends on how they die of course, because some death scenes might be more 'worth' emotion than others.

Kind of hate were including Clem as she obviously is and should be everyones number 1. With that being said, it was a VERY hard list to compose (good thread btw) and I like Kenny but I think just by utility and fate, Kennys a goner. As for the baby, I would try my best to save it at all possible costs. Literally. But at the same time, it will be hard to raise a child in this world. Im not saying I would remotely consider giving it up or not taking it with us, BUT if it doesn't make it given the circumstances I would understand.
