The group will probably think Clem robbed Arvo no matter what, unfortunately.
Maybe Christa is in episode 5 and is the "stranger" for this season. She blames Clementine for what happened to her and what happened to omid and goes after her /the others for revenge.
Christa: You save a bitten man over a living member of the group.
Clem: I didn't want him to be alone in his last moments.
Christa: You blame an innocent girl over a photo she didn't take.
Clem: She told me to take it.
Christa: You let a man suffer more than he had too so you could hang out with your "pal."
Clem: I thought we could save the whole group.
Christa: You WATCHED a defenseless man get his head bashed in.
Clem: He deserved it.
Christa: You cut a woman's arm off in the middle of a herd.
Clem: I thought it would save her.
Christa: You shot a woman and then started a bloodbath.
Clem: I had to protect the baby.
Christa: You're a monster, a murderer, and a thief. And I'm gonna hurt you so bad.
Who else are they going to have as the conflict. Its going to feel a little Mass effect 3 ish if it isn't something connected with the story.

Biggest upset for me was even if you robbed Arvo the group still thinks you stole from them.
I re-installed the game on Steam and start a new save since Cloud Saves didn't work. Most of the major choices in Episode 1 seemed self contained so I took a gamble by using a randomly generated save for Episode 1, starting my actual playthrough of the game at Episode 2 onward.
In the new save, I saved Pete at the end of Episode 1 (which is what I wanted), but the random save also decided that I ran off from Christa (which I didn't want). Hopefully that doesn't bite me in the butt in Episode 5 if Christa shows up.

if you shoot Rebecca first some people in the group are gonna blame Clem for starting the shootout

You can probably find a save file somewhere with all the choices you need. Someone somewhere probably has the choices you originally made.
Good thing I did neither
I think if Christa returns and you chose to sneak away from her, she'll be limping since she got stabbed in her leg.
And if Lilly returns, choosing whether to abandon her on the side of the road or tell her that you'd leave with her in the RV will affect her somehow.
For example:
Lilly: "Heh, you remind me of Lee. Ready to leave someone without pity..."
Lilly: "Before I left, Lee told me that he'd come with me. I see his sympathy in you too." smile
Nothing will shape Clementine as long as she's the protagonist, since you can always decide what she does and thinks for her.
After season 1 I hoped my choices as Lee would shape Clementine, but then she became protagonist and it didn't matter anymore.
Did you shoot Lee or leave him to die? <- I don't know how, but it'b be amazing if this choice had a huge impact on the season finale

You and 99% of players cried and fainted when you saw a walker Lee.
I think giving the man water is going to have a big difference. We still have no idea what happened to all those people at the river. They make it look like it was Carver but I still don't think so. I mean Carver is crazy but he doesn't kill Random people. Like Carver had many reasons to just kill Kenny in ep 2 but he didn't.
Prob the decision in Season 1 where I denied Duck a high five. Regretted immediately. Zombified Duck now hates Lee and by default Clem.

Makes you wonder what arvo actually did with the medicine, it's not like any of the other Russians are likely to understand Clem when she says she didn't take it. Seems like arvo is looking for someone to blame, but why?
No, because you could use the handcuffs on the walker instead of lee if you wanted. So some peoples lees aren't chained to the wall.
Besides in 400 days Vince you see a freshly dead walker quickly break it's ankle off to get out of a leg cuff. I'm pretty sure walker lee could do that, though he'd lose his other/only hand doing it
All I can think of is shooting Rebecca at the end of episode 4 which in turn caused the shoot-out...oops. I feel like either way, people will blame Clem/Kenny for causing the Russians to shoot.
Man I hope that decision has some kind of consequences in the finale. Although that choice isn't completely pointless on its own (somewhat shows how you want to develop your Clementine throughout S2 (her generosity)), it'd be cool to see it link to an outcome in the finale.
Shooting Rebecca and stealing from Arvo might/will probably have some sort of consequence. I'm guessing all of the times that we've had to pick between Luke and Kenny will have some sort of impact as well.

He tried to hide that medicine in that trashcan for a reason, and I really want to know said reason.

I didn't steal the meds and I didnt kill Rebecca. If people still blame my Clementine for what happend then im gonna shoot every telltale staff i see

The group can always blame Clementine for letting Arvo going back to his camp with his pills while Rebecca was suffering. And don't understimate Kenny for blaming others ...
If that was true i would replay the whole game and that is a lot to ask for me.
Well you control Clementine but you arent in her mind, i mean you can choose things to say but i want #MyClementine to have to do with pervious choices.
i shouldnt have cut off saritas arm, kenny is definitely upset with my clementine about that.
