This thread is about a petition against youtuber/livestreamer DukemNukem who isnt a active member on these forums and is usually on here to promote his videos/livestreams. Currently the conversation has gone a little sideways and has resulted in insulting and rude behaviour, in my personal opinion it may be best to not get involved.
Having it taken down that way wasn't the greatest step, but very necessary IMHO. That video was extremely defamatory and insulting, and its maker has apologized for it in the meantime for good reasons. The user could have gotten in a really ugly situation if it prevailed on YT.

this is all linked to you cause there has only been two people who have uploaded this video yourself and boatmaster and even the image in the article is the thumbnail you used thats all the proof i needed and if giraffes video went against guidelines why does it say it was taken down because of a copyright claim? also i'm not gonna argue back unless necessary cause im not going to risk getting banned cause you won't admit your mistake
I don't see how any of this information is linked towards me. For giraffe's video I believe it was taken down because he was against YouTube's community guidelines as hate speech.

He isn't doing anything illegal. Being banned from here I'd agree with because he only comes to advertise, but from youtube? No. What if youtube is his livelihood? You'd really put a dude out on the street just because you don't like that he's in it for the money? I don't like him for it either, but what he's doing does not warrant this.

What's done is done. People already have their opinions regarding this topic and making new threads or starting petitions won't change a thing.
