It's not everything I wanted, to be honest. I could've done with it being a lot slower with more gurgling and blood pooling in and out of Jane's mouth, as well as a wide-eyed stare of horror and pain. It would serve as a sort of call back to her earlier knifing of the Russian at the start of the episode. Thematically, however I think it works as a natural bookend to Jane's life over Ep5.
