I don't know how he got banned, but he did attract the mod's attention somehow and he was banned at least once.
And I wouldn't expect him to change. The only thing he changed was his avatar picture from a dying Sam the dog from S2 E1 to a deer with glowing eyes.
I wouldn't get your hopes up with the mods right now, they seem rather inactive as of late. Probably because of how the forums have been behaving in August, which I've missed due to my holiday. Unless I'm mistaken, one was bullied to the point of leaving.

Right guys, I've decided that I am sticking around and I am going to do my very best to bring about a change.
I have come up with some suggestions about changes to the forums and changes to the rules, and at the moment I am trying to find a way to contact Telltale themselves.
Things have gone too far, and it's going to be like this after every single episode of season 3 if we aren't careful.
It may die down, but bowing before bullies and waiting it out is just not the way to handle things. We need to let them know that we do not think what currently goes on in the forum is acceptable, and we want change.
