That's the thing though. He feels more human than most of the characters because of his flaws, and that's ultimately why you can trust him. I never did it enough with Lee and look what happened to that. I always made sure I trusted him with Clementine.

This was the hardest choice in the game for me. Kenny has always been there for me, and vice versa. As much as I wanted to stay with him, I … moreknew he would finally reach peace knowing that the only person that he had left was safe from danger. I know Clem and Kenny were family and wanted to stay together, but I couldn't take this away from him. His goal had finally been fulfilled, and it was amazing to see him so happy and fulfilled again. Such a bittersweet ending, and a really difficult parting.
I said this in another thread, but the "stay at Wellington" ending was kind of a "Fox and the Hound" ending. Clem and Kenny were very close, but parting may have ultimately ended up being the best thing for both of them.

I have the answer to your problem. This will lighten your mood. Repeat it, girl:
Hail Kenny, full of boats. The stache is with thee. Blessed art thou among urbans and blessed is the fruit of thy loins, Ken Jr. Holy Kenny, Father of Duck, pray for us shitbirds, now and in the hour of our bite. Amen.
Speaking of... how many times did we get to hug him this Season?
Once in Episode 2.
Once in Episode 3.
....Did we get to hug him in Episode 4? I don't think we did. ._.
Like.... 3 times I think in Episode 5. At most.

That's only five hugs. Not nearly enough.
I think the emotion just hits at a different time. Shooting Kenny was very emotional for me, and then having to forgive Jane, but the very end isn't as emotional.
Good point. I think it's the fact that the game ends emotionally in Kenny's ending. In Jane's, however, you have around 10 more minutes to get yourself together and continue with the story.

What really got me is when he begged Edith to take the kids.
Oooohh those feelings!!
What am i saying? all the lines got me, even the "you're as stubborn as a damn mule" (if this is how he said it)

I'm pretty sure they already have some ideas, so it shouldn't take too long. Unfortnately, they will probably focus on GOT and Borderlands for a while. Dammit.

That's an interesting view, and I like it. My reasoning though is that Wellington was the destination, it was clearly a safe place, and whatever Kenny felt about himself, he was making the right choice, and I hope we get to see him again in a timeskip. Zombified for all you Jane-lovers.
Well, I think that Pete's determinant status was cool too. The only times they messed up with determinants are Sarah and Nick. Though they messed up horribly with those two and really do need to work on how they handle determinant characters.

Tldr: Kenny has always been one of my favorites, I was just sick of the whole Pizza vs Ice Cream ordeal.
Nah he was my bro all through Season 1, I was just getting sick of the whole Pizza vs Ice Cream shit. I was tired of the group being torn apart by two different cults of personality. Me wanting to go off on my own was just me being dramatic, I didn't actually want the group to split apart. Kenny and Luke were BOTH two of my favorite characters all through Season 2 so the constant battles on the forums between the two groups of fans were very tiring.
Originally I did shoot Kenny, but I didn't think Jane killed AJ, I thought it was more so that after being in a car crash and then a blizzard full of walkers that he just didn't make it. As soon as I shot Kenny I was filed with regret though, because he was always a great friend. Then when I saw AJ alive I had to rewind because the guilt and the realization that she had indeed been manipulating me to kill him set in.
Even before Kenny made his case, I was hellbent on having Clementine stay with him.
I felt: Either those two enter Wellington together, or forget about it.
It's not worth having Clementine there, if that means abandoning Kenny.
And when I saw how deeply Kenny cared for Clementine, though I'd already had a good glimpse of it in episodes 2 and 3, I couldn't separate the duo.
Seeing what lengths Kenny had gone to for Clementine all through the season, made me appreciate his character in a whole new way.
Kenny's speech actually made me a bit choked up, not that I was crying, but his speech did move me.
Telltale has done such an excellent job with Kenny's character.
And if he is in Season 3, I hope telltale will keep him alive; even though he is now a determinate character, so that we can see more of this great character, and have him around for a long time to come.
It's kinda dumb when people want to change their choice but don't do it because of some honesty myth. What the hell? You can play the game however you want to. Changing your mind on certain decisions doesn't make you a cheater.
Yep. Jane was manipulating both Kenny and Clementine at that moment. I'm starting to think her thing was an obsession. I mean, she lost a little sister already. That would explain why she was basically right there when the shootout happened even if you waited days to leave. That's what some have suggested, anyway.

Ah, that's completely understandable. Wellington was the goal this whole season, after all. Like I said, I was on the verge of staying myself. I don't know. I guess I'm just a softie. I could't let Kenny disappear into the unknown by himself.

Most people like "staying true to their decisions."
Fuck that. To be honest with you, I rewind as soon as something doesn't go my way.

How we see Kenny:
He is so imperfect that it makes him perfect. I wouldn't love him as much if he wasn't this way.
Okay, I'm seriously bawling right now because of this.
Don't cry.
I just did...
Yeah let's hope

I did not get that speech at all

I'm sorry ;-;
Which one did you get?
Kenny blesses us with his bountiful gift of boats. And Urbans.
Yeah, five hugs isn't enough. Still, I enjoyed what I got. Their hugs are simply the best. Don't they look peaceful when they do it?
Plus, there's always Season 3 for those who saved him.
I love how Lee is completely out of his mind in the back.

Don't fool yourself, you know every single word got to ya'.
But, I agree. His begging was incredibly well done. I thought he was a puppy.
Man, I love Carver with those flowers in your profile photo. Now he isnt that scary! =D
That ending actually made me misty eyed. That was a first for me with a game or movie. Hell of a scene they put together.
Haha, thanks!
Doesn't he look slightly friendlier?
It's called kawaii. Your zombie #4 looks good too.
You ended up with Kenny? I thought you didn't like him that much.
I'm pretty sure they already have some ideas, so it shouldn't take too long. Unfortnately, they will probably focus on GOT and Borderlands for a while. Dammit.
Hell to the NO!
Let's unite!
TeamMoustache
yeah GOT and Borderlands can eat my balls! SEASON 3 SEASON 3 SEASON 3 <--------Protesting lol
I'm not really excited for those games either. I'm not even sure I'm gonna buy them.

My bad. I had totally forgotten about good ol' Pete.
I agree. Pete's was relatively well handled. His sacrifice was noble and actually got to me.
Who do you think was handled worse, Sarah or Nick?
Unfortunately, they do care about those games. A lot. Season 3 will have to wait a while.
Never really jammed those games so im not fussed hence the reason for telltale to hurry up with season 3 haha

yeah i know they do im just impatient

Don't forget he's also the provider of mullets, mustaches, B-caps, and now beards.
Lol!
Thank you so much.
