  • As I said before you are taking this whole thing to new extremes. We started talking about action figures and now you are talking to me about breast feeding. And I was talking about habbits or adictions to begin with. As I said it is all about what you like. If you like drinking breast milk and wearing diapers, walking with a cane even when your legs are fine and not shower at all, that is up to you. So, stop asking me, cause you are just doing everything you can to prove me wrong, in a stupid way. If I wanted to watch someone over reacting about something from really stupid to really serious I would just go ahead and watch south park, which actually has a quality up to a certain point at least.

What about drinking breast milk, that okay when I'm 25?

  • C'mon. People buy action figure for collectable reasons, especially if they think that a franchise will be worth a lot of money. Some also buy it because they like a franchise so much that they collect their merchandise. You would be surprised by the amount of capable, able, working, and successful adults collect action figures. It is the same with collecting comics. People like to collect. I won't be surprised if TellTale asks someone make a Kenny crowbar, Clementine purple bookbag, a warm-puffy-rainbow jacket, or a TWAU "Crowd Control" plank.

  • Well, I think anyone that gets the reference would understand your love for the game. :p

Thanks, the only ones I saw before were with the damn webbing in back. Still probably woudn't buy one though - Inocuous by itself, but anyone who gets the reference, well, I'm 25 and male so that might raise a few eyebrows...

Everyone has something they love you can't judge people for it.

People who love football buy football shirts and merchandise.

People who love a film franchise buy the DVD's and collectors items.

People who love art buy artwork.

People who love collectible China collect China pieces for above their fireplace.

People who love music might buy thousands of CD's

People who love the walking dead game might want to buy a Clementine action figure to sit at their desk.

Everyone has something that makes them happy. Me personally, I love The Walking Dead so I will be one of them people that buys it. I have lots of little nick-knacks at my desk and I'd love Clem to be sitting there as well.

This is so silly. Anyone who buys action figures is A. a nerd or B. a loner... or C. both at once.

  • I am going to admit that I got excited over the Clem action figure. I love the walking dead and since they have no merchandise I would love for a little Clem to be sat at my desk where I work and play my video games. (Along with my little Cartman that's sat under my monitor.)

  • Totally agree with you. Buying the action figure as an ornament just like someone might buy a £300 piece of art. As soon as its out of the box I probably won't touch it ever again.

What you are saying is stupid. Action figurs are not just for adults. It is like saying anime is just for kids, but in the end most of it is

  • Poor Clem has to share a place with Cartman

  • Don't worry Cartman will be demoted to the shelf where he will get dusty with my books

  • I'm an adult. And I want merchandise. I hope this action figure is the start of a fantastic wave of Clementine items.

  • Yes. To all of the items you listed. Yes

  • You say it like being either, or both, is a bad thing.

    Problem solved.

  • I haven't yet, but I've got £30 spare and the desire to order one rises by the second... T_T

  • I know. It is a piece of art, in its own way. I just think that people can be too shalow to walk behind their standards some times. :{

  • "Crowd Control" plank

    I'd like to get one.

  • Same here. It looks pretty well made actually. I have one of Clem's hats from EBay that I wear around and I have one of the promo hats with the blood splatter that Telltale put out.... I wouldn't mind adding this one to the collection though!

Not everyone in the forum is in to action figures, I understand. It is a matter of personal taste. But to say "I'm not into action figures because I'm an adult" is rude and degrading towards adults who own them. It's promoting the stereotype that grown ups who own action figures are man children who can't grow up. We need to stop putting "standards" on people from different age groups and we should allow people to have the right to express themselves without living in fear of rejection.
