No idea, Parker's run is a real Memorial site and is located in Tennessee. Wellington, Ohio is 50 mins of Cleveland. So that means Clem and Kenny had to go through Kentucky. Which would take longer than nine days.
Huh? Um... I'm pretty sure Clem had 16 months, 4 weeks, and 4 (ish) days. Not 9 days.
^All off the top of my head, so the numbers might be off a little. Virginia was established as a place before Omid died and not anywhere else in the story that I can remember, which means that the rest of the time (almost all of it) would have been spent traveling north, since that was everybody's plan that she was with, save a night at the lodge and a night at Howe's
I didn't know there are ski lodges in Georgia. It seemed like they were alot further north the whole season to me. Christa and Clem had been wandering for sixteen months, they had to have travelled a good distance in that time.
You forget about something. Kenny in episode 2 said "(Wellington) supposed to be a big camp up near Michigan". He said "supposed to" so he o… morenly said what others told thim but we can't be sure. We can be sure that Wellington is somewhere north but maybe not in Michigan.
Yes, I know there is city called Wellington in both Ohio and Michigan but remember that we are talking about a camp, not a city.
So he's just trolling then. Well no one knows crap about what happened those 9 days but what Green does seem the most possible idea. Same way no one truly knows what happened in those 16 months with Christa or the 1 week with the Cabin Group. We're all going on theory here.
Maybe, maybe not. Like I said we can't be sure if this Wellington is in Ohio or Michigan because it's only a camp. People could name it just like that. It could be even in Virginia or North Carolina. Somewhere up north, that we know.
Not trolling, you can't just regard any jab at you as trolling. And how does what Green say seem possible. People starve that's how humans work, they're not going to be fussy with what they pick up. Baby forumla or not. People will resort to eating or drinking anything, made for them or not. Using Green's theory there should be tons of cat food as no one is going to be buying food for their pets any more.

Fine, fine. Just every time someone is mimicking me, it's a troll I encountered. Happens quite a bit to me. So I was thinking that was the same case. Okay perhaps you have a point. I just remembered watching Family Matters long ago where the dad was on a diet, and he was so desperate he ate baby food. Perhaps it'll be gone, but the point still is they obviously found SOMETHING for themselves and the baby. Otherwise, they'd be dead.

I didn't said anything like that. Maybe they named it after those cities but it doesn't neccessarly mean that Wellington from TWD is located in Ohio or Michigan. It's possible, yes, but not certain. It might be even close to those states.
Time skips were handled well in S1. They never gave a situation that required immediate response, then completely skip over it. They also gave adequate "replay" over what happened in some cases. Like when introducing Mark during the one time skip. It gave us reason to believe they had had a reasonable amount of food for the time skip (which wouldn't have actually been that prudent of a situation, unlike having 1 days worth of baby food) and even incorporated a likeable new character to the fray while we weren't present while not making his appearance something we are upset we didn't get to see.
Of course. Do you realize how large Michigan and the surrounding "north" is? It's extremely unlikely they would have found it within the next months, now we speak of less than 1......
The word accident in your example means the same as luck in mine. You just underplay it.

I wasn't trolling. I agreed with Talimancer. Why did I post the same picture? To try to prove the point that in an apocalypse, people wouldn't leave baby formula, even if they themselves are adults.

And the power of urban saltlicks!
Right we are always overlooked. Too bad they didn't pass through and Luke find a cousin and bang her. Yeehaw
Beard power.
Plot-twist: It's your mom
I thought they were out of Virginia when they started seeing snow?

The ski lodge was in Virginia.
Are you trying to copy me or somethin'?
He's probably parodying as there's not much evidence supporting what Green said when you think about it.
They really took this "real lucky" thing to a new level in S2 didn't they?

Why would they name their place Wellington if not after something real.
Didn't you hear Kenny? : "this is all a dream"

Exactly. We don't know where it even is, yet after a meager 9 days they find the gate. What a magnificent stroke of luck!
That's where the plot hole and problems with time skips are.

They found it by accident. Admit it - even if it was 14 days or 20 days it would be "luck" in your opinion.

Yeah but we can say the same about Rick's group in the comics. They got "really lucky" sometimes.
I haven't read the comics. All I know is S2 loves playing at "really lucky."
I still like it, though.
