  • When Jack and Rhys are celebrating, the music used was from Sam & Max. Which is a nice touch.

  • Okay, so apparently Sasha can hug you when you first meet her in the "future". I got her hugging Vaughn in my playthrough even though I trusted Fiona, and I was romantic in EP3.. what can cause this? hmm pic here anyway

Go to 5:45 in the above video and you'll see what I mean

  • I was nice to her, but wasn't romantic to her. Completely distrusted Jack, told the girls about Jack, and she hugged me. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

  • I know I was cringing the whole time. It's not that it was bad... It's just... It wasn't Zer0...

As a veteran...UGH. HIS VOICE. UGH. UGH. UGGGGGGH. WHAT WENT WRONG?

  • Maybe not having August in your team helps?

  • I mean it's entirely possible. No one knows who he/she is

Maybe it is intentional to make us confused about his true gender or identity? Building more mystery for the guy? Not disrespecting Zer0, but he honestly almost sounds like a female in this episode.

  • Basically, he sounds...off.

  • I choose Reject Hyperion, maybe that is the reason why she hugged Rhys?

  • What was the reference? It must have gone over my head!

    Dat Breaking Bad reference...

  • I chose Rule Hyperion but I gave her the flower in EP3, and I didn't trust Jack in EP2. Oh and I also didn't tell them about Jack.. Must be these two then but not sure which one specifically

I choose Reject Hyperion, maybe that is the reason why she hugged Rhys?

  • You can not game over in the present at all

  • You just have to chose Felix as the Vault Hunter you want to go with.

  • Thread: Easter Eggs and fandom (MINOR SPOILERS)

So the past few weeks i've been playing and replaying all the episodes, and i found easter eggs multiple times, such as: Banang at the bar on pandora (Ep. 1 ) (Sam & Max reference), Major borderlands references (duh!) such as: Claptraps, loader bots, loot beacons, elemental effects etc., Handsome Jack's office party music (Ep. 5 ) is actually New Location Unlocked song (Sam & Max again), now there are more easter eggs and stuff, i just can't get devoted to it, so i ask some of you, if you see any easter eggs, post them here, for the lols, because school took over my soul and i just can't.

Sincerely, the biggest Telltale fan ever (at least one of them, don't wanna be rude)
    To be edited with pictures!

  • Well one of the most obvious easter eggs was with Gortys and Finch where he's escorting her onto the ship and he's mentioning how he's got to protect this girl. I'm 99% sure the voice actress for Gortys is the same one who voiced Clem from TWD and Finch is voiced by the same guy who did Lee so there ya go!

  • The voice actor for Gortys is not the same as Clementine's.

  • Nope, Finch is voiced by the same guy who did Lee, but Gortys is voiced by Ashley Johnson - the voice of Ellie from The Last of Us. Close though.

  • Ah! Thanks to both of ya for the clarification!

  • I know... I definitely put a kind of damper on Zer0's appearance for me.

  • There are numerous different saying for skipping credits. I assume this is just another one.

  • Just a fair warning, if you accept Hyperion but take too long to jack in then you get the reject Hyperion ending. However in the finale it acts like you accepted Hyperion. I had to rewind to the end of episode 4 after starting the finale which really sucked.

    Credit skipper!! Get him, boys.

  • I thought the exact same thing! But I didn't think anyone else would agree with me XD

  • You got Finch right, both he and Lee Everett are voiced by Dave Fennoy. However, Gortys was voiced by Ashley Johnson, who voiced Ellie in TLOU, Clementine is voiced by Melissa Hutchison. Fun Fact: Troy Baker played Joel in Nolan North played David in TLOU.

  • There's a small reference to The Walking Dead: Season One after you put the core into Gortys. If you say that you may have put it in backwards, Rhys brings up how batteries can be put in backwards, a reference to Carley in the first episode of Season One.

  • I lost my mind when that happened. I just wish we could have gotten a quick sound clip from power rangers ya know?

The text under Loader Bot with the "0" and "1" is actually a binary alphabet and translated it means "Friend"

Ok what the hell happened to that epic standoff? It looked like it was supposed to be Jack vs Fiona....

  • Here's Anthony Burch's contributions to Episode 5:

The Jack confrontation is one of my favorite Telltale scenes ever, nice job Anthony.

  • Also Troy Baker(Rhys) was Joel in the Last of Us. So Joel and Ellie are back together.

Ah! Thanks to both of ya for the clarification!

  • lol I didn't even think about that connection, that's awesome!

  • Some people have reported that, no matter what, Athena is always available, saying she wants the loot or to see the end of it or something around those lines.

I didn't tell Janey Athena loved her (I refused to lie), but I still got to choose Athena (I was overall, really nice to Janey, though).

  • Tector DLC confirmed?

Well, maybe he was like, beating him up, cuz he TOOK his gun, see? Now its kinda sorta still not there, but now you can think it is?

  • So that's why it was so familiar to me! God, I used to watch that shit so much as a kid.

  • In my playthrough, i trusted Jack and ruled Hyperion. Obviously she didnt hug Rhys. In my reject Hyperion save, though, she did hug Rhys. So i think it may be about that choice, as Sasha sounds pretty mad after she hear Jack's announcement about Rhys becoming President.

  • If you bring both Zer0 and Athena, they make references to in-game gameplay mechanics of the vault hunter player characters.

Vaughn : "So , Zer0, I thought you were after Gortys?"

Zer0 : "Well...that was before / I abandoned that mission / My queue was too full."

Athena : "I've been there. They really start to pile up!"

And then when they get into Gorthys for the power rangers scene.

Rhys : "Okay Athena, the plan is..."

Athena : "--Yeah, for Gorthys do digitize new attacks out of my combat experience. Got it."

    Rhys : "Ye...right....How did you...?"

Athena : "I'm good at my job, Rhys. Let's go!"

She probably read what she needed to do in her quest log, so Rhys didn't need to explain to her, lol.

  • Oh yeah, Carley really went full retard that time :P Good job bud

There's a small reference to The Walking Dead: Season One after you put the core into Gortys. If you say that you may have put it in backwar

  • If you bro fist Vaughn as Fiona, a notification pops out saying "(?) Girls can be bros too!"

Also, was it just me who though that Jack looked like The Genie from Aladdin if you choose the Rule Hyperion ending? I don't know, I kinda feel there are some parallels, like, they gave what Aladdin/Rhys wished for a long time, their existence was only know to them (though Rhys can subvert this).
