Lee evretts return (this is mandatory)

we have to convince telltale to bring Lee back not just for clem but for the gamers who were touched by this story and are hoping they dont screw up season 3 think about it all zombie games have those few people that are ammune to the plague and people have survived getting shot in the head he could have just went through the symptoms and then just not have turned and telltale could dedicate a full season of Lee on a journey to find clementine and fullfill his duty to protect her telltale has killed off anyone and everyone that clem has cared about and has cared about her in return and thats not fair for her but imagine (i an talking to you telltale) how much money you could make by bringing these to back with eachother but also think of the customers and players you will lose including me if you dont make the right choices in the making of this next season if you here my words you could move this along into a 4th season and make even more money not to mention the makings of a very intersting story for season 3 if you follow my advice you could do a coop thing like in the game THE LAST OF US Lee could be controled as the main character but you could also do somthing defferent like moving to clementines point of view every now and then all the way up to the point where they find eachother building emotions to great lengths i have many more ideas on how to explain how this could happen it would be an honor if you could contact me so we coud maybe discuss options for the game i could help you guys with if you can please email me at [Mod edit: email removed] and i would be more than happy to discuss my ideas that will definetly bring season 3 a huge profit and as you can tell i am very passionate about this game i am a huge fan of thse games i even have the clementine hat but please if you could give me a chance to explain myself and i would really apreciate it.
thanks again!

  • im sorry man, but, theres no possible way Lee could come back, there isnt a cure and there is no immune. It stinks, but thats how twd world works, i think Lee dying was a mistake on telltales part tbh but him coming back would be so "EGHHHHH". I agree with you that he should still be around, but they missed that chance in favor of clementine

Not only would this go against all canon of TWD universe, but it would make it so season 1's perfect ending would have no point.

As other posters have said, Lee is dead and he won't come back. A large portion of what made Telltale's Walking Dead game so successful was how well crafted the story was. If characters that were shown directly to be dead came back, that would greatly diminish and cheapen the brutal emotional impact of the story that made Season 1 so successful and beloved in the first place.

  • Lee died, we all cried, you'll just have to play as Clementine.

  • Clem: I...I shot you...in the head...

    Lee: Tis but a scratch

As much as the sentimental, irrational side of me wants to see a post-credits stinger where we see Lee's body missing from the jewellery store in Savannah...Sniper is sadly right. This wouldn't be anything like Kenny's comeback, whose fate in S1 was already left on an ambiguous note. Lee's death defined S1, and an impossible return from the grave would destroy it almost instantaneously.

Just an FYI, posting your email publicly on a message board isn't generally a good idea, so I took the liberty of removing it for you. As

  • Bringing back Kenny back after what happened was bad enough

  • If someone else "gets lucky" again, I'm gonna scream.

Bringing back Kenny back after what happened was bad enough

  • I have to say I'm not really convinced that Lee is dead. I chose not to shoot him for one and are we sure he actually had the Walker fever I mean how do we know his illness wasn't caused from losing a lot of blood or a related infection from his hasty amputation. TWD comics have yet to really clarify how quickly you have to amputate a bite to avoid turning and on the Tv show they wasted no time removing Hershel's leg, which caused him to be sick briefly. so we don't really know if you have time or not. What we do know for sure is that dying for any reason other than a head shot turns you, being bitten and not amputating causes a fever and ultimately you turn, and it does not affect animals (just saying)..

Lets not forget the fact there was a doctor with questionable morals that was very close by and in 400 days a member of that group briefly talks about something going on but we never find out what happened to the Doc or the rest of that group. Maybe he went back to find Clem and found Lee and patched him up. I know that guy was old and weak but lets not forget about that girl that took off so they would have enough room on the boat. Maybe she drew the walkers away by ringing the bells... Just saying with all the surprises TWD gives us its not that farfetched that Lee could be alive and I'll still be a fan either way. Looking at what we know for sure I could really see it. It wouldn't make the ending of season 1 pointless because as far as we knew then he is/was dead. I'd love to see the story of him actually surviving and finding his way back to Clem.... Boom! Season 3 telltale! lol ((with a chainsaw attachment jk))

There wasn't ANYTHING bad about Kenny coming back, who thought he was really dead to start with?

  • Who got lucky? Did you think IKenny was dead? All you hear is two maybe three gunshots and one was presumably for Ben.

If someone else "gets lucky" again, I'm gonna scream.

  • Did he? Clem didn't check his pulse. If you shot lee in the head then yes he did die, unless Clem missed.

Because he acts that way even if he doesnt amputate, he passed out from the bite before chopping it off anyway so the infection had spead any succesful amputations have been immeditae or at least not after a good walk and trip through a sewer. Also then he died of blood loss not a bite doesnt matter either way.

No their wasnt and why would anyone think lee was in there anyway. Vernon and them left.

    Yes it is

Lee is either dead or in your case a walker.

There wasn't ANYTHING bad about Kenny coming back

    Right except

    • The entire season being about Kenny
    • Being forced to talk and interact and be friends with Kenny all season even if you dont like him
    • Him surviving in either situation is ridiculous
  • We could bring Ben back while we´re at it too!

He's dead, bringing him back would cheapen his death, kinda like how (in my opinion) Kenny's sacrifices for Christa and Ben were cheapened with his return.

And I had Clementine shoot Lee, he definitely can't come back in my playthrough.

  • As much as I loved Lee and his character I don't think it would be possible to bring him back since there was such a definitive end to his character, it would very unrealistic if he survived, I really wish he did survive but I think his death in season 1 made sense and it made the ending so great and emotional.

Man! You sure you played S2's last episode? Can't believe that Lee was alive all along depending on your choices way back in S1 EP5! BEST EMOTIONAL REUNION EVER!

URBAN NOTE: (That fatherfucking shitbird called Dark_Star is STILL in denial! Saltlick this son of a Ben immediately!)

  • Did you make this Dojo? If so, that's pretty fucked up of you, and hilarious.

  • Did you really think that those thread would make get your way? Lee's dead or undead. Face the facts.

  • who were touched by this story and are hoping they dont screw up season 3

This is exactly why they shouldn't bring him back. I also really liked him and loved season 1 but bringing him back is probably the worst mistake Telltale could ever make and I couldn't take them seriously anymore if they did it, though I know they won't.

There are only three ways to bring him back and only one is good:

-pretend he never actually died but survived when Clem left him or something like that (worst idea ever xD)

-make him come back as a walker trying to kill Clem (it would be stupid for so many reasons!)

-make him appear in a dream sequence or a flashback (they already did it in Not Going Back and I thought it was awesome)

So I think it's better to move on to other characters and continue to develop Clem without constantly bringing back old characters from the previous seasons. For season 3, I want something fresh but with Clem as the main protagonist or as an important side character.

I told everyone I was bit... Then cut it off.... then told her to leave me behind... She did not shoot le and he passed out. I think there is a possibility there if you went down that same path. Further more, since the choices effect the gameplay THEN there should be no reason as to why Lee wouldn't be able to return later on in the game as the series grows. We are already beginning to see more choices and more causality. Why not introduce another level to the causality of it in another season. Then people (if they are not already after reading this) will want to go to season one and correct the mistake of killing Lee. After all , if I had killed Lee in season one and seen a forum talking about season four (after I already experienced season four) and someone mentioned crying when Lee showed up (for instance to save Kenny from the "leader" of his current group and Kenny died anyways later the season) and Kenny died in his arms or sumim. I had not see that version of season four at all I would be determined to find a way to watch that unfold.... Wouldn't you? You know like my season was completely different than theirs involving Kenny getting killed by a leader from another group, but Lee was not there at all. There is much more here than telltale realizes right now. They can carry TWD with so many new choices and choices that are effected by way earlier seasons and seasons that are created because of choices. They have the potential to make this simple story into a franchise branching out in many different directions. Not to mention gain interest in this game by bringing Clem into the tv show and at the end of that tv show season have her get separated and back into the game... I mean come one the possibilities are endless. Think about Merch too OMG I would fly this game into the sky and never have to land it. Talk about getting a profit.

  • I liked that he came back, thought it was cool. They left it ambiguous so you knew it was a possibility. There was really no ambiguity with Lee, he is very much dead.
