Ok so i left episode 2 uninstalled and this morning i went into the game kf thrones menu and under episode 2 it is now recognising the fact the episode is available. I am currently reinstalling episode 2 from within the main menu of the game hopefully this means all of mu decisiions will now carry over. Once I get a result i will keep you all posted.
Like i said yesterday the only way to get episode 2 to show up was from within the store so I am really hopeful this is gonna work

Just tried rewinding to the end of episode 1 and then restarting episode 2 still the same problem. Also i do not have a my choices option anywhere on my menu I am connected to the internet my gamertag is linked to my telltale account and I am signed in. Obviously whatever the problem is cannot be fixed from our end.

My apologies for any difficulties caused by this. Can you please clarify if you were able to download and play through Episode 2 on Xbox One… more yesterday? Also, were you able to see your Episode 1 Choices correctly after you completed that episode? Do you currently have a My Choices page on the main menu of your game?

Oh my gosh telltale you know it's not our problem why it's not working, it's telltale as usual. For some strange reason telltale hasn't been working on it to fix the problem. It can't be us if we are all having this problem. I'm done with telltale, what a waste of my money

Same issue here, no sign of the My Choices tab. Xbox Live tag is: Baconbag004 and my telltale profile says it is connected to Xbox Live, but doesn't specify my tag like it does when I linked Steam.
Why don't you answer any of the questions for the ios / android stuff? There's a bunch of threads about the same common thing with the glitching game and all I ever see are answers for xbox and ps problems

could it be that its not saving after u beat ep1 because if u go to ep1 before u start ep2 it say Continue and not restart like it would when u beat a ep. and I have no choice mean in the main mean

Save files intact, however, no "My Choices" menu in the game UI, and no choices showing as picked on Telltalegames website.
Playing episode 2 it uses a default state and ignores my choices from Episode 1. Still no "My Choices" within the game at all.
Really beggars belief how a game based on choices carrying over from each episode can be released with that core feature not actually functional. Quite un-impressed tbh.
There is a sticky thread that will be updated by staff when a solution is found/made. Unsure of how long it'll be considering Telltale never seemed to bother fixing the choices bug for xbox as well, I'm a tad worried.

Yes I was having the same issue. Decisions didn't carry over to Ep 2 with no My Choices tab on the main menu. When Ep 2 starts up they are the opposite choices of what I did in Ep 1. I am able to see my choices on the website though, even the first choice in Ep 2.
Although now I'm having a new problem, the game freezes when it attempts to Connect to Server. I have restarted game multiple times to no avail.

Strike that last problem, I did a cold reset of my xbox one and am now able to get into the game. Still no My Choices page on the main menu. I have Play, Episodes, Telltale Account, Codex, Achievements, Settings, and Help.

Cant believe there is still no update to the sticky to let us know when this problem is likely to be fixed. I am holding off playing episode 2 until its sorted but like many people I am getting to the point now where I dont think telltale care. I really hope that this problem doesnt occur when episode 2 of borderlands comes out.

There has never been a "My Choices" tab on the Xbox One even after linking the Telltale account. It will tell you to go look at the website.

I'm having a similar issue with my decisions but I have the iOs version - and the choices that do show up are incorrect.
I tried the PS3 version and my choices aren't carrying over there, either. There isn't a "My Choices" screen either.

I can see my save files from episode one and my xbox only has one profile on it. Hope this helps.
