EP1 Playthrough: Day of release. As for Ep. 2, tried the first weekend after release (friday night) as my partner and I rarely have time to play games together due to busy schedules. I tried running through our choices afterwards trying to unlink and uninstall everything prior to that but no avail.
The website lists 3 choices we've made and those were made before we could link the TTG account to the game as it wasn't possible to do so due to an error message saying servers weren't available. After having stopped for a few hours we booted the game back up, linked the TTG account and everything else onwards isn't registered. No "My Choices" tab showing up.

This game as well as the PS3 version on disk are broken. They have yet to refund or even answer emails for most of their supporters that bought this game new..Including me. It's been over a month, and I have'nt heard from them. Seems like they could care less, they already got our money..Do yourself and all gamers a favor and do not support this anymore. Damn straight. Wouldn't mind getting Borderlands since i haven't picked that up yet in compensation. I'd be happy with Wolf Among Us/Walking Dead for XB1 since i owned them on my 360.

Hate to burst everyones bubble here..But seems like they know all their games are broken and they are refunding no one. They will respond just enuff to keep everyone hanging tho. I been waiting over a month now for them to respond or compensate for at least one game I have purchased. Jumped thru all their hoops..and I got nothing back in return. Were ever you purchased it. Take it back and demand your money in return.
I'm also having the issue of my choices from Game 1 not carrying over to Game 2 in GOT on Xbox One. I realize that everyone likes to treat PS4 and the PC community as the odds-on favorites, but this kind of shoddy quality from TellTale, if it's limited to Xbox One, is not acceptable. Yes, as @Blood_Inside stated, the update for Xbox One is now live. It should resolve both your choices not carrying over to Episode 2, and the black screen at the end of Episode 2. If you have not yet tried today, please start your console, start Game of Thrones, and you should receive an alert to update the game to the latest version. After the update has finished downloading, please start the game, and choose to Start Episode 2 from the beginning, and your choices should then carry over successfully. You should also no longer see a black screen at the end of Episode 2, and see your Stats/Choices page correctly, with your correct choices.

I'm playing on a mac and I have the same problem. I played episode 3 twice, and didn't kill that guy at the wall TWICE - yet, the "previously" video plays like I killed him and the episode begins with the guy dead on the table. Come on! What is the point of having a "choice" if it doesn't matter? It's very annoying.
I apologize for any difficulties this has caused. As long as you see the proper choices for Episode 3 in your My Choices page on the main menu, please know that your choices have carried over successfully into Episode 4.

Patch now live on Xbox One, choices problem and "My Choices" menu now fixed/present. At last!

My game still doesn't show choices and crashes at the end of episode 2. The choices have carried over between the first 2 episodes so far though.
