I'm pretty sure most of the commentators have. Atleast I have constantly kept clicking the Quit Steam -> Launch steam thing.

No, thats completely wrong. Telltale unlocks it now, it will go through now. The daily update is just a blanket time. Games get released all day long on Steam. Ive had releases at 7pm, 4pm, etc. As soon as Telltale unlock it, it will be available.

I refreshed Steam and there is a pop up saying it has released. This is DEFINITELY on TTG. Steam even branded the new one.
