Steam only updates at 6pm (GMT). That's when new games are released, and new episodes as well. You should really get the DRM free one, earlier access to episodes + all the money goes to telltale rather then steam.
The Telltale store version was released at midnight PDT which is what the PC players have played. If you're waiting for the Steam version it normally releases when the Steam daily deals update which is at 10 AM PDT.
I'm not sure exactly what time the PS4 version will release as i don't own one and i only know the Steam time from personal experience, i would recommend checking the PS store to see if you can download it as the European PS4 version was released early.

That's what I've been getting for the past hour too
I unintstalled then reinstalled the game, but I still get that message.

If you're waiting for the Steam release it should release around 7 PM.
It was my least favorite so far. Maybe a 3-4/10? I was that disappointed and underwhelmed by it. Not worth the wait at all.

I've not completed it yet, but so far it seems pretty good. Particularly the bit with Mira... Not the best one yet, but I prefer it to one I think.

9/10. Easily the best episode so far, it's the only episode I've really enjoyed. The others were meh to decent.
