Why do people keep making stuff up about Jane?

  • Jane is literally the only person who can be swayed into trying to save her life. Now, I don't think just because she showed skepticism toward saving a catatonic girl who was trapped in a dire situation that she "killed her." That makes very very little sense. She even stays there with Clementine and Sarah if Clem chooses to persist and try to get Sarah to move. She never actually exits the RV until she knows at least Clementine is out and Jane is the last one to be pulled out.

The trail of logic you follow by saying "Jane killed her" is ludicrously dense.

Yeah, i think another reason i dislike her, is because of how she acts towards Kenny and Sarah, antagonizing someone i really care about and basically leaving another for dead is not something i'd ever do.

Maybe because we're sick and tired of sorting through a completely inarticulate hammermash of words, and trying to find intelligible meaning in it when there really isn't any, beyond "Facts are bad LOL! Kenny was right cuz muh FEELS, and muh FEELS is cuz he was right." And then when you call them on that, they start lying in some effort to back up their nonexistent 'point'.

Look, either it's sensible, or it isn't. Either it squares with the facts, or it doesn't. Either it's moral, or it's not. Period.

And if that bothers anyone's feels, I suggest they work on their coping skills.

  • Because Clementine matters for some reason, but Sarah doesn't. That's Janes mind

  • No, because they both matter. But she shows restraint and is bound by realistic goals. She knows Clementine is very much able and can hold her own and that Sarah is well... Sarah. She needs too much work and too much growth.

If Jane didn't care for Sarah, you think she'd stick her neck out by trying to lift up heavy debris while a swarm of walkers surrounded her? C'mon.

  • I just wish she'd try helping her without having to even be convinced. I send Jane down and scold her every time when she doesn't save Sarah.

She is the reason Sarah is dead

That's a lie. Sarah's dead because the writers chose to have her stand on the deck for no reason, when it made far more sense for her
to be inside. Sarah's dead because everyone forgot they had ammo when Jane tries to rescue her. Jane is the only one who even tries
    if you tell her to.

    This.

  • So you want Jane to go on an incredibly risky task to lift up a large pile of wood where she is very much susceptible to being eaten alive by a pack of walkers, and you want her to do it just out of the goodness of her heart? Why? What's the payoff?

I know I'm getting into sensitive territory here, but be glad she did that. Cause if worse came to worse, I'd be out of there far before shit got to that level. People like to think they'd be the moral, light, and the balance of the world if it went to shit. But, that's not reality, I commend Jane for trying, but I'd be out of that bitch far before Sarah was even trapped to begin with.

Jane did try though, while everyone's favorite Luke, Mike, Bonnie, and even Clem where all watching with morbid curiosity.

  • I know i'd be moralistic in the apocalypse, Walter is basically what I would act like. Doing things out of the goodness in your heart is what matters, not being selfish

  • I remember when Jane said in EP 5 after she killed that Russian... how "She feels bad for killing him, because he didn't do anything to her."

Both Jane & Kenny are complex characters.

  • When Sarah got eaten, Jane just ran off. That's why she pissed me off, she should have shot the walkers and end Sarah's suffering. But NO. She just left her to suffer. She can even do that to Clem. Here is the proof: let Nick's walker kill you.

  • What was Jane meant to do, did she even have a gun? Also that entire second Sarah death is pretty out of logic. Jane still did more than anyone else did

  • Did it have ammo? Even so dozens of walkers on you and you have little to no time to get out of there. also again Jane still did more than anyone else

  • Jane uses her knife more than any other weapons. She only used her gun at the observation deck. So she surely had to have ammo.

  • Yeah Jane went above and beyond the call to help this girl she barley knew. The group story she told us about before meeting Clem about the dude who had people sacrifice themselves to save him should show that she tried for Clem's sake, but wasn't willing to risk everything.

also again Jane still did more than anyone else Adding onto the fact Jane still did a great deal, shes known sarah what a few hours? And she is throwing herself into an incredibly dangerous situation
