Kenny

Tavia
I would keep Uncle Pete alive until episode 3, i think his death was a mistake, IMO it happened way to early. I always saw him as the most respected, wisest of the group. I would of had the group try to escape in episode three, get caught, then Carver kills him in anger or revenge. Then spent the next two episodes with Carver in that camp, then make a choice to stay with the cabin people or to join Carver's group.
Carver IMO should not of died so easily.
Also i would of Kept Roman alive, and gave him Tavia's part. He was more of a convincing villain than Tavia. I don't know what they were thinking, she played a crappy character. She reminded me of Oprah, Oprah just isn't that scary.
Okay, this is easy.
I would get rid of:

Yep, SOOOO true, He was killed off too early. Some people say it was for "Nick's Development" but he can get killed in Episode 2 and if he lives, hr doesn't do anything in Episode 3 before dying in Episode 4 soooooo basically it was pointless.
Then spent the next two episodes with Carver in that camp, then make a choice to stay with the cabin people or to join Carver's group.
That would have been a pretty good choice and maybe the writers thought of that? I don't know, Carver did seem to try and take Clem under his wing or something.

Really? Look, I know a lot of people don't like Kenny, but his part is too big to take out. I don't like Jane, but I wouldn't take her out because she played such a big part.
oh really like what exactly? honestly they could have easily come up with more creative plots and still have kenny there, the writers just fucked up in that department
his part is too big to take out.
That's the problem. The game wasn't the walking dead, it was 'look after Kenny'.
With him gone Telltale could have come up with more creative plots than they did.
arvo and that whole stupid russian group, they should have put the 400 days group there instead at least that way they would have had more than a one second shitty cameo

I strongly disagree, Jane's character was not at all original. I don't care how pivotal she was to the plot because, frankly, it doesn't matter to me. She didn't bring anything new to the table, hence why she could've been removed altogether. And Bonnie really wasn't necessary at all, she was just there and happened to serve a larger role than the other 400 Days characters. She literally could've been replaced with anyone.
I agree with most of what you say, but Jane had too big a part to be taken out. They could've done more to develop her character though, lik… moree they did with Molly in S1. And I didn't like Bonnie, but her part was also quite big. Maybe having the choice of which 400 Days character to take with you would've been nice.

Uncle Pete was the only person other than Sarah that was nice to Clementine, then all of a sudden everyone starts being nice to her. It felt extremely fake/ lightswitch ish. It should of been a gradual ramp up, because remember we are two years in the ZA, most people are very untrusting.
That would have been a pretty good choice and maybe the writers thought of that? I don't know, Carver did seem to try and take Clem under his wing or something.
It could've been the possibility of the alternate storyline, until it was changed to Kenny Khronicles that is.

But in episodes 2 and 3, they arent at the moter lodge the majority of the episode. Youre implying the entire 2nd half of the season would be at the same place
Staying in the same location for 3 episodes sounds rather...dull
They stayed at the motor lodge for 3 seasons, and it got GOTY. Obviously they would Travel to new locations but live back there.
But in episodes 2 and 3, they arent at the moter lodge the majority of the episode. Youre implying the entire 2nd half of the season would be at the same place
Get rid of Kenny. Make it so he doesn't wake up from his beating and you're forced to leave him behind, leaving the door open for development of Cabin Group.
Get rid of Arvo and the Russians. They literally did nothing but die. Replace them with remnants of Carver's camp led by someone from the 400 days group.
Get rid of Mike. The dude had no character and was a blank slate. His "role" in Ep. 3 and 4 could easily have been Nick, instead of making him die on a fence.
Get rid of AJ. Make it so Rebecca doesn't survive in time to give birth. Much more tragic and totally within the realm of TWD unvierse.
In the end, it just comes down to the fact that the Cabin Group were the first characters Clem is introduced to. It just makes sense for them to have the most focus on during the course of the season. I think a theme of the season should have been "Are these people really trustworthy enough?" and "Should we make Clem stay with them?"
Drop Arvo, Jane and bonnie. I would say Luke because his a lying selfish scumbag but he got a pretty poor death scene so I'll give him the benefit of the doubt.
Season Two felt far too cliche for my liking especially when you compare it with S1, the characters are nothing special and that goes for Clementine too. Also apart from the very end of S2 none of your decisions or choices have an impact on the series and Carver is a very cliche villain which just makes you roll your eyes, all that crap he talks about survival of the fittest blah blah blah with his goon security guards around him, whoever wrote this stuff was in my opinion has brought shame upon the game and has failed to make it unique and compelling by making the characters realistic like they did with S1.
As for getting rid of someone I'd get rid of Carver, he'd be more suitable for a Saturday morning cartoon villain.
I loved S2! In my opinion the problem is they always kill off at least one character every episode, they should develop them and let us get attached to them first. Don't get me wrong though they should absolutely kill off characters.
If I had to I guess I'd get rid of Mike (although I love his character) and replace him with Walter.

Like literally anything.
Having Kenny there encouraged lazy writing. Removing him was the most likely way of avoiding it.

I'm saying that even though they live at Howe's , they would go on field trips, so it wouldn't feel as one dimensional.

That Bitch Jane

Remove Clementine and replace her with a new protagonist. Preferably an adult and I would have loved the season. (Still liked it)
This.
Clem was horrible in S2. I'd happily welcome a new PC.
Im with flog on this one...
I love Kenny but damn... they destroyed him in S2.. along with many other things....
"babysitter simulator 2014" WAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!..... nice

Luke. He was a "nice guy" but his character was as bland as wet cardboard.
Both Kenny & Jane . Total liabilities and broken people both of them.
Drop everyone but Pete and Nick.
Tell the plot to go fuck itself.
Ride off into the sunset with them.
Fuck bitches, get money.
GOTY
Whoa ...and no....
