Clementine or Alyx?
Personally I prefer Alyx, she is in my opinion the best female character of the story of videogames. Her "secret" love towards Gordon was something that made me move a lot, and I remember the first tears shed long time ago in the opening scene of Episode Two (who played it, he knows). I hope very much that Valve will do Half-Life 3, although now I am very pessimistic.
I like Clem however too, her characterization was perfect, and her innocence made me cry a lot.

Season 1 Clem I like more than most other female characters, Alyx included.

I never really cared for Alyx and honestly find her to be one of the more underwhelming cast of characters in the Half-Life franchise.
Clementine. Loved Alyx, but Clementine is better.
Though oddly enough, I can imagine if Clementine and Alyx ever met, then Alyx and Clementine would have a sisterly relationship.

I can hardly compare a character from a story-based adventure with the one from a shooter. Alyx never got that much of a character development.

It was fun back in the day. Too bad Valve's now more interested in milking Steam users than making games.
I have never played Half Life, but even if I did, I would probably still say Clementine.
Alyx Vance from Half Life 2? Her and Clementine would be the ultimate pair up! I think they can relate and Alyx is someone who I would want Clementine to grow up to be. S1 Clementine>Alyx>>>>>>>>>> S2 Clementine

i think alyx is clementine, black mesa must have done some experiments in multiverse technology and accidentally brought her through to the HL universe
