Luke was pretty good in Episode 5. He talked about his actions in episode 4, players learned more about him, and he had a good death.
I also like that the Luke/Kenny angle was dropped.
i'd like to see lexi now that bitch but yeah fuck sad that luke died and the game has several endings weird....but Season 1 had a waaaaaaaaaaay better edning

It's kinda upsetting because at that C-A-M-P-F-I-R-E at the electric plant, Kenny was being friendly to Luke.
R.I.P Luke
1987-2014
He's finally reunited with Nick and the others.
As soon as that ice started cracking beneath him, I think Luke knew he was a goner. In the [Help] choice, the tone of his voice as he pleaded for Clem not to come closer, it was heartbreaking! He didn't want her to die trying to save him, especially after he failed to keep the cabin group safe. And then when she did fall in, he pulled that walker straight off her. Thanks Luke.
If there's one thing we take from this, never ever walk over frozen water. It will not end well.

lol i just wish season 2 was bigger and longer like season 1 season 2 is shorter you know i hope season 3 will be long like season 1 i miss lee man that dream scene with him so amazing
i in my opinion tried to save luke by killing the zombies after him, it was only his leg in the water so he could have gotten out, but then bonnie had to ruin it all and get him killed, then she had the nerve to blame me
You know what? After seeing the episode play out the way it did and the different endings that are possible, it makes me wish even more that Luke had made it to the end. And not just because he's my favorite character, but for Clementine and AJ's sakes.
The 3 options are Clem and AJ by themselves or with Jane or Kenny.
Jane is obviously uncomfortable around AJ and babies in general. She's kind of wishy washy about wanting to stay or going off by herself. And that trick that she pulled with AJ at the end was crazy. She deliberately provoked Kenny into a fight, for what? To prove a point? After that, how can anyone trust her?
Kenny.... there's a long history there and I love him. But the man is unstable, unreasonable and sometimes just downright dangerous. I know that he would never intentionally hurt Clem or AJ, but his volatile temper is too unpredictable. Clem would have to constantly be on guard around him the way she was this whole episode.
Luke would have been the ideal option. He's capable, reasonable and has his own strengths. He's good humored and caring and considerate. He treats Clementine fairly and with respect. Plus he could have told AJ all about Rebecca and Alvin since he knew them so well. IMO, going off with Luke would have best ending for Clem and AJ.
I dunno, I'm just upset that Luke was killed off so early in the episode. He was the first major Season 2 character we met, it just doesn't seem right that he didn't make it to the end.
After all of the shoddy deaths in Episode 4, the way Luke's was done with a breath of fresh air.
Er... pun unintended.
I just thought it was tragic and interesting. Even just cinematically, when you hear the ice cracking and turn and see him standing there with terror in his eyes. It was just sad. Drowning's been said to be one of the worst ways you could possibly go.

Long story short: I got lucky. I grew gills and just swam out of there.
Wishful thinking.
Would love it if he did, but I don't think it's possible.
Someone just rescued me from the bottom of the river and broke the ice with an icepick.
Plot twist: It was Lilly. She and Christa have been following Clem's group the entire time.

He wasn't just stuck to a fence.
Nah... it was obviously the Raccoon, it was stalking the group and for not shooting it's family, it swam down and saved Luke from death.
I will. My OC won't let him die.
Thank you. Do you have a link to your fic? I'd love to read it.
I do. It's very crappy and horrible at the beginning since it was my first fanfiction, later on it gets better.
Can i just say that i loved luke and kenny in this episode...... Both of them
I really loved Luke this episode too. He was back to being the Luke I knew from the start.
I loved Kenny too, but there were times where he really scared me. But then I saw one of the Wellington endings, and I loved him again.
Cool. I'll check it out when I have a chance.
You know who- Porter- is gonna be pissed when she finds out.
Oh god.... This isn't going to be pretty.
I think it might be hilarious.
At least one good thing came out of this.
I wonder what she'll do at the Kenny/Jane choice XD.
i'd like to see lexi now that bitch but yeah fuck sad that luke died and the game has several endings weird....but Season 1 had a waaaaaaaaaaay better edning
I'd imagine that Lexi would just make a video of his death and flip the TV/ PC off and Destroy the TV/PC.
I agree. The edning of season one was way better. yeah fuck.
I know right...
Season one IS better xD
/irony off.

In the game storyline, it's December 2005 / January 2006.
So Luke was born 1978/1979.
Sorry, I just perceive it around our time.
No prob. Since the game is canon with the comics though, the outbreak happened in October 2003.
At least Lexi won't say "Cluke4Life" for a long time...
But to admit, after Luke's death everything went to shit.

You think so? I think season two is better.
Fuck ice!

That's your opinion, bro. I'm too lazy to read it. It'd be exhausting to read that stuff since you ignored punctuation.

Do you think he's UNDEAD? because his brain was never destroyed and he's underwater, Think he'll become a zombie underwater like Pete Dolgen?
She's gonna be so pissed XD

I think he would reanimate underwater because his brain wasn't destroyed.
His drowning scene is as worse as the kids being drowned in Heavy Rain.
