Jaime (he's a pretty cool dude once you get past the incest) and Robb.
Tyrion and Arya are my favorites. I wish I could skip ahead in the book when I want to see what their up to.
Varys is actually one of my favorite characters.
Tyrion, Arya, Jon Snow, Varys, Jaime, Littlefinger, and about 10 others.
Tyrion all the way. I like characters I can relate to.
Tyrion and Arya are my 2 favorites. I also am a big Sansa fan, which is apparently rare.
I hated her for the longest time, but I've now grown to like her.

Sansa is one of my favorites too. I mostly love the sneaky and political characters: Olenna Tyrell, Littlefinger, Varys...
I haven't been a Sansa fan at all so far, but I'm really interested to see where her character is going in the next season/book. Much potential.
In order
Arya, Tyrion, Littlefinger, Asha(Yara), Eddard, Brienne, Bronn, Victarian, Barristan Selmy, Sandor Clegane, Cersei.... I could go on and on but that's enough for now.
Well, yeah that was evil. But a lot of the characters have done messed up and evil things, and he's redeemed himself recently IMO (at least in the books).
Tyrion, followed by The Hound. And Oberyn...

I would say Tyrion, Jon Snow and Arya.
I like Arya, The Hound, Ned, Jon Snow, Bronn, Tyrion and Hodor you must never forget Hodor :P
There are many other that i like too.
My favourites are Tyrion and Arya. And i also started to like Jaime.
Ned, Rob, Tyrian, Hodor, Jaime, Jon... There is just so many of them!
If I had to choose, it will have to be Tyrion. A very complex character that you simply cannot dislike!
Stannis, Theon and Jaime. In that order.
My favourites are Sandor Clegane, Tyrion, Olenna Tyrell, HODOR and Victarion Greyjoy, because he's badass.
Also, I support Stannis for Iron Throne.

Sadly, getting attached to a character in GoT brings you nothing but grief
And Jamie is also a cool dude if you want to give him a chance.

...but overall, it has to go to Bronn.

I only watch the show really, so my favorite characters are Tyrion, Bronn, varys and the hound and honestly....littlefinger :P
My top faves are Jon Snow, Arya, Dany, and Tyrion.
I also like Sam and Brienne too. Oh and Hodor... can't forget Hodor. ;D
Hodor, Lord Tywin Lannister, Tyrion Lannister, Sandor "the Hound" Clegane, Gregor "the Mountain" Cegane, Samwell Tarly, I also have high hopes for the High Sparrow, Lord Doran Martell and the sand Snake (all introduced in Season Five, and whomever is the Protagonist in the upcoming Game.

Wyman Manderly. At first I thought he was a tit. Then I thought he was grand. As of the "pie", I think he's the dog's bollocks.
Used to be Ned. Then Robb. Now It's Jon. Will end up being Tyrion I guess. Unless he dies, too.
