Lol. I've got a little bit of trivia for you.
You know those big ass weapons the Arishok used in DA2? Due to the engine's specifics, dual… more-wield in DA2 was for Rogues only, so...
...Technically, the mighty Arishok is a Rogue, and his big ass axe and big ass sword are daggers.
I didn't kill him. While certainly not a good (in terms of alignment) character, the Architect sought to stop the Blights, since the darkspawn were killed during them in quantities often equal to or even greater than the casualties of other races. His attempts to stop the Blights served not only the darkspawn, but all other races, too. His actions may have been abhorrent and damning, but his motivations were not.
Question time!
We didn't have any question concerning Awakening expansion so let's have one now. It'll be about certain character and that is the Architect.
So, did you kill him or not? Why?
Vote HERE.
The book 'The Calling' fleshed out his goals more, and...while he wants to kill all the Archdemons which I agree with, he also wants to blur the line between darkspawn and everyone else by making everyone a Warden and accelerating their taint.
Not only does he basically want genocide as the Warden Joining is fatal half the time, everyone left in Thedas would be ghouls if his plan succeeds. Best kill him now. Darkspawn cannot coexist with anything. Their presence alone kills.

Kill it with fire.

Well, we'll see about that. A lot of people shouted in Twitter replies to show Cassandra next, but I'm not sure if that is how the next companion's image is chosen.

They just share a model. His sword is still technically a dagger.
The Arishok was an ass.
An awesome ass, though.
He was a VERY awesome ass.
You made Arishok happy!
Yes! Look how happy he is.
This is making me tempted to make a Qunari Yes Man in Inquisition.

I didn't kill him either, I thought he could help us finally get the darkspawn to stop attacking us.
Blackwall looks like a badass tbh.
Too bad he isn't the military advisor for the Inquisition.
Ohhh, nice. Can't wait for others companion posters.
He does seem like a better pick than Cullen.
Without a doubt.
Crossing my fingers for Cassandra next.
Yeah, I'd like to see her next, too.
I want some Iron Bull. :P
Apparently it's either him or Cass next up.
No Cassandra this time. >:(
Yiss, the Bull!
Don't worry, I bet Cassandra will be soon...
Well, we'll see about that. A lot of people shouted in Twitter replies to show Cassandra next, but I'm not sure if that is how the next companion's image is chosen.
It's either Cass or Vivienne next, and Viv has been shown so much already. We need Cass damnit. :S
Damn straight.
HALLELUJAH!
Told ya she'll be here soon. :P
Next time: Vivienne or Solas
Good thing that Bioware's "soon" does not equal Telltale's way more infamous "soon".
Yeeeeesssssss.
Also...a scabbard? In DA? :O
"A scabbard? In my DA?"
Couldn't think of anything else aside from this old meme reference.
Finally!
<-- Because, why not?
I'm tempted to roll a male character first run now. >>
Well, I was planning on playing a male character first, anyway.
And you know exactly why.
